the government must have a good work program. like bringing in investors to make factories in their country with that people can get jobs and income. the government must also improve the quality of education of its people. with good education will create intelligent and creative humans. and individually we can help the country's economy by opening jobs.
In my opinion, one way of improving our economy is opening our minds to changes, people are naturally wise, whenever we see a problem, we make plans and try to fix it, or in some cases, to make it better, but what hinders us to reach this better economy?, I think it is fear of change, we need to accept the things that would make our economy much better.
An increase in economic growth is an increase to the consumer consumption that the total economic output of a country, which increases income per capita. In simple terms, the economy can be better if there is productivity, an increase in gross domestic product (GDP), which is defined as the combined value of all goods and services produced within a country in a year. Discovery of a new resource is a great way to generate economic growth, labor force, as well as creating superior technology or other capital goods and most importantly is specialization of the laborers in their crafts. The government should mainly take part to this, cutting of corporate tax rate would have a great impact to the economy because more new businesses can be structured with a low corporate tax rate.
This can be achieved if everyone that are in various sectors keep contributing their own qouta in and most especially the private sector.Making the world economically better is not in the hand of the government alone but if every body see it as their responsibility to make sure the country or the whole world develop the effect will be seen very fast. Make sure you contribute your own quarter toward development and eradication of poverty.

Most of these countries have an exceptionally favorable climate and natural resources that could make them oustandingly rich economies.
Look what China did - they managed to take 400 million of peasants out of poverty. Singapore killed corruprion and became one the best countries for doing business.
So why can't Africa do the same??

Economic growth or its betterment does really rely on the people. If everyone is too disciplined with handling money, being efficient in work or hardworking etc...these can definitely help one's economy to grow. But for me, discipline is really one of the vital aspect one should possess.
To begin with, the government should help us to earn, not just spend. If taxes become less, it would be great.
