It seems that in your post you are saying that begging and taking part of a bounty campaign are the same, and that is simply not the case, even if you do not believe me, begging is forbidden in the unofficial rules of the forum, the fact that bounties are allowed signify that the moderators think there is a significant difference between the two.

The first you must be jr. member to high, you can join twitter camp or facebook camp for get free coin but It has its own requirements.

You need to be atleast a Jr. Member and should've joined any signature campaign. That's what all users do here to join signature campaigns and to get free coins. If you can finish all the requirements of their campaign you can have free coins or tokens at the end of their ICO. You can keep it or trade it to earn some bitcoin or any coins.
