Yo can get free coins through faucets like freebitco.in and freedoge.co.in for doge coin even you can get fro ptc sites but it's very small amount and from BCT altcoin bounty campaign you will get lots of coins while ICO by participating bounty
There no such thing as free right now even the faucet is not free (you need to view ads before getting your faucet) you need to work in order to earn bitcoins or altcoins. And before you're able to join a signature campaign forst you need to be atleast a jr. I suggest you rank up first before you join on any signature campaign. You can only get free coins on faucets and that is limited but if you're talking about getting free here in bitcointalk,well you need to work for it.
On a lighter note ... Amass as many BTC as you can before 1 Aug and then you can have free BCC coin (No efforts required, no signature campaigns, no bounties) .. Its totally free 
It is not truly free, since in order to get BCH you needed to have an equal amount of BTC, and since we know that BTC is really expensive then those coins were not given to you free of charge also I did not saw those coins as free coins, I saw those coins as a type of bribe, you got those coins and if you wanted them you needed to use the BCH blockchain.

Internet, electricity, etc. we can use daily. Without this, we can not live. So this is not the problem. To earn free coins, you need to join any bounty campaign and spend some time on the internet. And affiliate programming also gives you free coins. Apart from this, i don't find any free source.

unless you work hard,you can't get free coin.you have to work in many site for earn coins.faucets can give you coins.
You can get free coins by doing a lot of activities online, especially on this forum. Firstly, you can earn coins(whether bitcoin or altcoins) by doing graphics for people and they pay you with crypto currencies. You can earn by participating in bounty campaigns. You can earn free coins through participation in faucets and you can finally mine. You just have to choose which one will work best for you

Nothing good comes free, to earn you must be ready to learn,invest your time here at bitcointalk.org,you have to obey all instructions and adhere to the rules guiding any bounty and campaign,if not all your investment time,campaign and post wont earn you anything.

You can follow the bounty program usually more often in the Bitcoin Forum> Alternate cryptocurrencies> Marketplace (Altcoins) and
You can check one by one and follow the ico bounty you want
You can't get free coins, you need to do something to get some, you can get from doing small tasks like registering somewhere or posting something, go browse in this forum you can see lot of bounties and freebies here, you'll get some coins here in just doing some easy tasks.

BCC can indeed be obtained for free if you have Bitcoin and store it in an Exchanger that provides free BCC. If you do not have Bitcoin then you also will not get BCC.

now you have another way, buy the coin that will segwit, and you will get another one just like btc and eth,the new one are free in your side

Actually, it depends on a campaign acceptance. There are some campaign that accepting newbies but jr.member above. But not only that is needed in campaign, you need also to follow the rules because even one of the rules you have mistaken it, you will not earn. So becareful to read all the rules and also improved your way on posting.
