For newbies I suggest to use faucets or captchas this is the easy way of earning bitcoin for free. If necessary some manager opened signature campaign including newbies with low rates. Well here I would like to suggest the OP to wait until he get ranks up to atleast jr. Member .
So in this period of time of 20-30 days he should get better knowledge about Bitcoin/altcoins and also new new terms and terminology that usually we use in the market to discuss , that will help lot to gain knowledge in this forum and also will make a advertising friendly members for the campaign .

Carefully read the instructions, especially under the Signature Campaign rules and regulations. You will know what to do or whether a Jr. Member is accepted or not. If you can join, avoid posting one-liners and spammy posts and avoid posting so many in so short span of time.
There is also a social media campaign. You can read the rules as well if you can join or not. The requirements are not so strict there.

You can get coins from bounty campaigns but it's not really free like , you give your time , but you can choose social media bounties , twitter or facebook and it's not gonna take you so much time to give a like or retweet something.I started with that and I've earned some money, not a lot, but it's worth it , especially if you evolve over time and you want to enter in signatures or blog posts campaigns.
