I highly doubt that liberals will ever die out. I'm all for it to distinguish where liberalism, and where permissiveness. We have reached the point that when North Korea threatens the us, many Americans are afraid to fight. We constantly hear calls to solve peacefully the problem.

I don't support the death penalty because it is not nearly humane at all.

It isn't humane for a criminal to harm or murder other people. Why should the criminal live after the people he has murdered have died? Execute him. But, be humane in the way he dies. Make it fast and for sure. Use the guillotine.

Cool
Why the offender who tortured his victim before death should be easily executed? It seems to me that the offender should know that he will incur an appropriate penalty. A quick death is too easy for such criminals.

These people should be sent to labor camps and penal colonies to spend the rest of their lives, and any wages from their labor must be distributed among the victims. But we can only dream about such a system, as the human rights activists will immediately side with the criminals.
Human rights activists are criminals as they are. It seems to me that the whole reason that people don't require their governments to increasing the punishment for murder. Now, there were elections in USA,France soon elections will be in Germany and where are the requirements? We are to blame for the fact that this is not happening.

Guys, agree with both of you.

However, hope is not lost. Human rights activists these days (unless we take Saudi Arabia presiding "women rights" at UN as such) are dying breed. I think it is not coincidence, that people going against laws of nature are in turn discriminated against. Not by another men, mind you. By their choice and evolution itself.

In several generation these liberal cultists will die out of their own accord, unless they see the mistake in their ways. Like degenerated Romans did before them.

Death penalty is worthy for killer, because law of retaliation is better than a prison sentence. For everyone's learning, eliminating a person's life is an act that can not be replaced by paying a fine.

I agree on this death penalty decision.
When a person killed another person or raped any women then that man should be realized how much pain that victim taken. Death penalty would be great reward for murder human. Murderer must be killed. Murderer don't deserve to stay on this planet.

Assassins certainly need to be punished by death. But the violent could be raped so that they experienced the same thing as the victim.

I think the death penalty should be only for rape and murderers.they are not just humans, they are monsters and people dont deserve to live.I think that other crime related criminals should be  given another oppurtunity and they will recover if they want to.

And no you cannot just kill them because what if you got the wrong guy..
So he needs time to prove is case so he doesn't die..
Many have been wrong about the person who committed the crime..WRONG GUY..

Funny how you say shit 99% of the time but sometimes you hit the right arguments.

Well I guess that by making answer about 5000 words each you take all the chances to have at least a few right ones ^^

I for one agree on death penalty because i know killing people isnt the right way to show that killing people is bad but i believe there long due process on death penalties and u cant just drop death on any right away.
I am also for the death penalty. The presence of such penalties does not reduce the number of murders, but from the point of view of justice is fair punishment for murder. It is a pity that it is impossible to tighten the process execution depending on the brutality of the offense.

I believe that the death penalty will reduce or completely destroy the level of crime. All sorts of garbage will be afraid to inflict serious crimes on pain of execution.
Every criminal hopes that he will not find. Additionally, many crimes are committed under the influence of alcohol and drugs. At this point, people cannot adequately perceive the reality and therefore the existence of the death penalty will not stop him.
many crimes are committed under the influence of alcohol and drugs.WRONG.

people cannot adequately perceive the reality and therefore the existence of the death penalty will not stop him. YOU ARE RIGHT BUT WRONG..
Why are you wrong because your saying because they are drunk or high on drugs so that's why they are not scared of the death penalty ..

The truth be known most crime is done by family member serious crimes anyways..
murder and violence mostly done by family member in a fit of rage..

And many many are not even stoned or drunk..

Now about stealing many wont go out stealing drunk or high only the 10 dollar drug takers steal shit stuff..to buy a 10 dollar bag of what ever drug they take..

Now the ones that want to make big money by stealing the are very level headed they need to be..
BIG job making 30 to 40k in one steal..

Then you got your tax fiddlers they are not drunk or high ..
Then people on mobile phones they are not drunk or stoned..

BUT you see most crimes are not caused by people on drink and drugs....

Violent crimes are mostly done by family members..
Serial killers are never on drugs and drink..
Spoils the feel of the kill they get the hit out of killing..

Soldiers on a battle field not drunk STILL KILLING..
You at home you go to jail on the battle field you get a medal..

But you are right no one cares DEATH penalty don't work..
And i said saves keeping them in prison..
But as someone pointed out they spend 20 years in and out of court costing even more to the tax payer..
In and out of court paying judges lawyers and what not because they are asking not to be killed..
Costing millions to the tax man..

And no you cannot just kill them because what if you got the wrong guy..
So he needs time to prove is case so he doesn't die..
Many have been wrong about the person who committed the crime..WRONG GUY..

proven untrue, society and education are the most important pillars. Look at the homicides per capita in the US and compare it to Japan or Germany.

I think the punishment should fit the crime. For people who murder other people, I'm talking first degree murder where someone plans to kill someone else. That person should get the death penalty.

Second degree murder should also get it as they were trying to kill someone else when they killed the wrong person.

Manslaughter where you kill someone in a car accident or by accident then no death penalty.

Rapists get raped in prison so there is a just punishment for them. No death penalty.

Other lesser crimes should get jail.

Here is one I would like to see. Politicians who lie to the people should get 1 year in prison for each lie to be served consecutively.
