Yes, I do actually. I'm trying not to gamble more than 2 hrs per day, but sometimes, when participating in poker tournament where I'm among the top players, it's hard to stop, so I play more. My problem with gambling is that it is a time consuming thing, not money consuming like for some others because I play for free mostly or with very small amounts.

Once you gamble maybe you know your limit once you win stop and do it again in the next day. Because gamble is not for long term you gonna stop once u win so that your money is safe. So its better to have limit. Control myself when gambling was difficult, so i know when to stop when my balance become 0
