I'm not sure about the long lasting, but from my understanding it'll reach much bigger value as well it'll get acceptance similar to the traditional currency. Furthermore the growth will happen in a gradual manner as it will be holding a strong market.
I am not an expert, so I will share I think opinion of many - it can survive, and also it can die till that time, after 10 years
I am sure it will rise more and more I can see how fast bitcoin is growing and how bitcoin is contributing for making our community better day by day, now here are a lot of people who are investing and making money with bitcoin, which mean bitcoin is getting famous and there are a lot of supporters who are trying hard to keep bitcoin at the top by making effort and investment so bitcoin will never die it is going to increase economically. Bitcoin is growing fast and everyday a lot of people takes interest in this. I too started the other day and I am very willing to invest my time here. Nobody can say what will happen to the price of bitcoin in ten years. Even Satoshi Nakamoto said in this regard that in twenty years bitcoin will have a lot of transactions, or there will be no transactions. I think that in many respects the durability of bitcoin will depend on how wise investors will use bitcoin. If there continues to be a rush for it to profit from its price, and it will be very little used as a means of payment, bitcoin, because of the high price and the appearance of panic, can either drop very much in value and lose its popularity, or can actually depreciate . Bitcoin should develop harmoniously and be used more as a means of payment, then everything will be all right with him.
My prediction of the next 10 years bitcoin will increase at a very high price, and even if bitcoin is not good or bitcoin decrease does not affect its popularity and its users will increase .. because bitcoin is still trusted by them and down or bitcoin has become commonplace.. but it will all end up with a high value that is important to stay patient and loyal with bitcoin ..

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think bitcoin runs 10 years from now and it's not too easy to bankcrupt or to disappear bitcoin in the bussiness economy. Bitcoin have lots of competitor but bitcoin handdle it properly and continue manage it well. So my prediction about the subject matter after 10 years it would never be look down or disappear in the bussiness world.
I think the technology will continue to grow as well as bitcoin will continue to grow and will be many people who are interested in bitcoin and invest in bitcoin so that if many demand and investors then bitcoin prices will continue to rise

The only thing I’m expecting in the future is that the lightening network will be released. If it has been released, then I’m sorry cause that means that it is not yet active in the country where I live. I don’t know how it’s going to be, but I think instead of the two type transactions fees we have now, there will be only one fixed type of fees for every transaction. Apart from that, there is nothing else I’m expecting, maybe there will be a little improvement in the Blockchain or something and price might still go up.
