I don't think ETH will get back to $700 - $800 any sooner, probably no the next 6 month for sure.
ETH will range from $150 - $400 MAX for long long time to come, along with BTC which will range from $5000 to $8000 MAX too.

Your prediction level was incredible if it was almost 5 months ago from now. Now in the current market ETH price range will be 120$-200$ and BTC 3400$-4200$. No more big increase happen in this year but hopefully in the end of the year market will be grow if any good news coming. I see a market trying to bounce back but I also see a market that keeps rallying for a long time now.
It's a strong bounce back, we will probably see a good price before the end of this month because price is still constant and it does not fall.
