yes forkdelta is safe if you use metamask.It's better to use metamask to protect your private key by phishing site. forkdelta is same as etherdelta and this is best exchanger for new erc20 token .

In my opinion, forkdelta is a good exchange site. I have used it and have not had any issue whatsoever on it. I think you can as well try it and live to tell a good story about it. That a previous site with the same concept failed, does not mean that this will fail or that it is not good.

It's same like mew etc, But i think metamask more safe and easy to use. You can install it on google extension (Add On) Then just Import your private key to your metamask wallet.
