Are you looking for the perfect bounty? I don't think there is a perfect bounty.
Well, but if you are talking a promising bounty, I will say that those with high BTC or ETH payment weekly. However, it is rare to happen and only for certain projects only with high qualifications for the participants.
So, as long it offers promising legit projects, higher token allocation, and also small participants, they will be worth it.

Personally, a perfect bounty campaign has the possible feature of exquisite team and a skilled bounty manager. That's what I'll look out for.

Affiliate link s fro pm crypto projects were very well encouraging during the time of ICO boom, but these days, it is more like a waste of time. So I personally cannot depend on that for any reasonable earning.
There also no perfect bounty that will give you perfect reward. Just do your best for a bounty you believe is good and wait for what you would have.

In my own opinion, if I would say a particular bounty campaign is perfect, then that means that the campaign has everything available not to double its authenticity. There should be a high rating of the campaign by the community people who have once seen the project succeeding. In addition the campaign must have a well defined roadmap with highlighted events that will ensure proper development of product from such campaign. Likewise, the bounty campaign must be transparent as much as possible to the community people. The aspect of bounty campaign I  like most is the signature aspect because it usually generate more bounty reward tokens.

If you are referring to the characteristics of a possible scam-free bounty campaign, I think these are the things you need to check and remember.

1. The TEAM - real people, legit profiles , specialization related to project and they are active at the start until at the end of the campaign.

2. The WHITEPAPER - It is feasible, not to good to be true

3. The BOUNTY MANAGER - reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy

Well for me, a perfect bounty would be a project that has a good use case or a working product, also the bounty allocation, and then the duration of the bounty, all these are what I would look out for a perfect bounty.

You won't know a perfect bounty till after you get your rewards. I choose bounties based on who's managing it, the content of the project and their road map

currently only a few people use forums or social media to view news about crypto, they prefer advertising and availability of information in magazines or browsers, so I think the bounty concept will be different

Affiliate system is a worse idea in my opinion. If you do so, you are likely to not get much response because it requires loads of works. A significant signature campaign here along with effective social media campaign is better to reach out.
Since now crypto ads is allowed in facebook, I think you can go with paid ads there to get a good response.
I think that now only promotion in Youtube and through the signature campaign has some meaning, but promotion in facebook and twitter is already a very outdated way

No KYC, payouts weekly or bi-weekly, real names used for the coin in question, and complete transparency.

Ideally the tasks required aren't crazy either, something the bounty manager can check without requiring a zillion forum update posts.

And finally, partnerships + exchanges in place before the bounty is even over.

In my opinion, this question is very good for gaining very important knowledge for Bounty Hunters. But many do not respond, but I am sure, that participants in this forum will definitely share. If I see a campaign with prizes, it's a manager who makes threads. Secondly, the project roadmap.

Actually there is no such thing as perfect bounty campaign. Every campaign is uncertain. The success or failure of a particular bounty campaign depends on the developer and hunters. You have to make your own research first about the project itself. Read their whitepapers, review their social medias, look for their reviews, background check the developers and based your decision from that.

A perfect bounty campaign is not exist anymore nowadays.
For me, perfect bounty campaign means no delay in distribution, high reward pool, no KYC, no scam project, etc.
In the past, there were many bounty campaigns like that.

There is never ever such a thing as perfect because it is about perspective like the cliche' beauty us in the eye of the beholder. This time in the eye of the investor. You will need good activity and active members of the team.

Active on Twitter, telegram, here and some other social networking place maybe steemit or FB or something. Most times the projects can start off well but slowly dwindle off as time passes until there is 0 activity. The projects that keep trying and don't give up are the best ones. So you need to support a determined team that want to do well and will keep going and not give up. If their project is truly their dream they won't give up very easily.

Bounty campaign just a medium of marketing for the main project. So the main idea we should consider are the product of the project, team (ceo, advisor, bounty manager,  community, etc). But the rule we must to remember "no one can guarantee the best bounty program will running smoothly, and will paying your work if they are success on fundraising l" . So keep joining the bounty with your due diligence and your own risk.

In my opinion, not actually perfect bounty campaign but a good bounty campaign looks like it have a lot of good projects, also if it have been updated always, also if we know that its ico gonna surpass the softcap for sure and if the campaign manager is trusted from its previous bounty campaign.

I usually focus on token listing schedules to the market exchange. if there isn't much distance to the end of the ico period, I assume it's a good project. because for me, a good project is a project that is fast in the listing process.
A scam project is also the one that rushes into an exchange as quick as possible to gather more money through dumping after ICO, so we should not base it on this, to me this is just like 5 percent of what is to be used as criteria. Most projects that jump into an exchange on time usually make use of shitcoins and low volume exchanges, where you will even find it difficult to sell your token off because of their listing fee.

Majority of the projects that I have seen list on big exchanges usually take their time, and thoroughly map out other things they need to do as soon as they enter an exchange to avoid crashing through dumping by investors and bounty hunters which is n avoidable, the only way they would have avoided dumping pending the time they have a fully developed project would be to stay off exchange for the main time, because as soon as they enter an exchange, the first thing they should expect is dumping.

Many factors that I consider to determine a reliable and perfect bounty campaign. First we should not be lazy in knowing the ins and outs of the bounty campaign project. We must read the whitepaper and understand the whitepaper in depth. We have to understand that the project is truly real and can be realized or not, we have to know who the advisor is and the development team that plays a role in it, and what are the benefits gained by partners working together (investors, bounty campaign hunters, etc.). I pay attention to these factors to determine whether the bounty campaign that I am following is good or not.
