Just one confirmation is enough to make bitcoin transaction to be irreversible. Even if the transaction is not supporting RBF, the sender will not be able to reverse it even if the transaction is not yet confirmed. Most wallets and centralized platforms do not support RBF. Even if supporting RBF, the transaction likely might have been confirmed before thinking to double spend it.

KYC should not really be mandatory for a user of a gambling platform, it's just that sometimes there are other sites that when they see one of their users withdrawing a large amount, even though it is not in their rules, they suddenly require KYC which sometimes becomes unsightly in the eyes of a gambler. Sometimes users are forced to do this instead of not being able to withdraw the money they want to withdraw.
