As I said. I'm not looking for money here. Just awareness. Yes I did deposit 9k. Yes I won around 24k at CT.
No, they didn't let me withdraw for a week. Blocked my chat. Wouldn't answer on support only 24hrs after I'd send a message.
Yes, I did gamble while my withdrawal was blocked. Not going to lie.
The screenshot (provided by Chips.gg representative) isn't showing any deposit of your which is worth $9k. Even, the total sum of the deposits isn't equivalent to $9k (which is visible in the screenshot). We are already aware of the fact that you have lost the remaining account balance by placing more bets. But it looks like you have made some deposits and withdrawals even after facing the withdrawal block and delays. Is it true?

Let me be clear cause I see chips is trying to cover their ass. I deposited 9k on that day. On Nov 19th I withdrawn only 5 eth because that's WHAT THEY LET ME WITHDRAW. 10k a day limit after a week of blocking my withdrawals and talking to them on support. They said if I'm "Good" with them meaning I leave a 5 star review on trust pilot they'll let me withdraw more. I also tried closing my account. Sent at least 5 emails to support about self exclusion. No answer. I can't access my account now because the only way to not log in was to delete my Google authenticator.

Do you happen to have a screenshot of this conversation where they hinted you to leave a good review in trustpilot in order to open your withdrawal? And... I don't think I understand the recent development, why do you ask for self-exclusion?

Yes, I did gamble while my withdrawal was blocked. Not going to lie. When you gamble, you lose. But sometimes you hit a good hand. When you do, you should be able to withdraw all of your funds. No after a week, and not with a limit. The same way I deposited 9k on the spot without any kyc and any issues.. Doesn't change the fact they instantly blocked my withdrawal and chat after my win. People should know about this.

1. Did you deposit $9000 or only $2000 (CMC price on Nov 13th)? In the screenshot from chipsgg on Nov 13th you only deposit 0.997 ETH or you have sent multiple deposits on that day?

Yes I did. I only withdrawn my initial deposit of 9k and gambled the rest. I only want to raise awareness for people who think will win on chips and they'll be able to withdraw.
I also received a screenshot of a dude who won 147k on money train 2 on 20$ bet and chips claimed malfunction.
My withdrawal shouldn't have been blocked for a week seconds after I won on crazy time. That's what this is about.

2. Also you have withdrawn 2 times on Nov 19th, can you explain why the 1st was 5 ETH and the 2nd one only 0.1 ETH?

We have 2 different stories in this case, the casino said a user able to withdraw all of the balance on Nov 19th while the user said he only able to withdraw his initial deposit on that day.

Dear Community,

[...]

I hope you can stick around until this situation got cleared. Regarding the screenshots on Mookis123's thread on CG, those explanation above about different people aside [and I am not sure I understand the relation between both and why is it worth mentioning], do you mind to tell us why do the "staff", tacyarg, requested an account to be locked from withdrawal and asked to be investigated out of nowhere? And it isn't clear whose account is it, mookis123? demoanique7? Someone else's?

I also noticed you didn't answer mahdirakib's question about your license.

Nice statement. Can you post any evidences here so that the statement can be verified? What do you want to tell about the messages of "tacyarg" which can be seen in those screenshots? Based on the screenshots, the representative has told the truth on Casino Guru, isn't it? There is another complaint on Casino Guru which is similar to the OP's issue: Chips.gg Casino - Player's withdrawal has been blocked
Can you clarify why Chips.gg has lost the gambling license?

@Mookis123, is it true that you were allowed to withdraw a part of your balance on the 19th November? Have you continued your betting at Chips.gg by making deposits and withdrawals after creating this thread?

The statement in the screenshot alleges that a member of our staff intentionally restricted player withdrawals, allegedly with the aim of causing financial losses to prevent the player "Mookis123" from withdrawing funds. It is also claimed that the player was only permitted to withdraw their initial deposit. However, our post-mortem analysis contradicts these assertions.

On 11/19/2023, the player in question had access to their entire balance including the original deposit(s) and winning(s) totaling 13.95 ETH. They voluntarily withdrew 5.1 ETH and continued to engage in gaming activities over the subsequent 5-6 days. This timeline demonstrates that the player had the opportunity to withdraw funds beyond their initial deposit without limitations.

It's important to clarify that the individual representing themselves as a "whistleblower" and claiming ownership of the screenshots, is distinct from the person who originally created the screenshots, as they are separate individuals. This raises concerns regarding the ethics and credibility of these allegations. Moreover, multiple staff members were in the provided images, the "representative" seems to be specifically targeting "tacyarg" without providing substantial evidence or reasoning to support their accusations. This is further evident inside the other post mentioned on Casino Guru.

Lastly, it's worth noting that discussing player betting patterns and engaging with other staff members to assess risk levels is a common industry practice. Such interactions are intended to ensure responsible gaming, the adherence to established limits, and other policies such as AML. Unfortunately, due to the limited number of representatives available to address such situations, response times and progress can be slower than desired. We acknowledge that this can be frustrating for players.

The Future Of Cryptocurrency Gambling
Dear Community,

We would like to address the recent post on both this platform and Casino Guru and provide some context and clarification.

Leading up to the review on 11/19/2023, the player had consistent communication with our support agents. As of the date mentioned in the player's post, the player had a remaining balance of 13.95 ETH, equivalent to approximately $24,000, which was made available for withdrawal on the same day. The player chose to withdraw 5.1 ETH, leaving them with a balance of 8.75 ETH. Over the next 5-6 days, the player continued to use the platform, engaging in various deposits and withdrawals, as well as betting activities, without encountering any further issues or limitations. The player expressed no problems or concerns to our agents regarding anything further.

On 12/04/2023, the player initiated this thread on bitcointalk. On the very same day, the player made two subsequent deposits, with an additional deposit on 12/7/2023, alongside additional bets. The player's continued participation on our platform is evident, with recent bets placed on both 12/10/2023 and 12/15/2023. The player withdrew a total of $10,890.82 during these periods. Furthermore, it's worth mentioning that the player had intermittent periods of betting and withdrawals, with noticeable breaks in between, on a regular basis since the initial incident leading up to this thread.

Additionally, the player referred to as "demoniaque7" in the screenshots did not encounter any issues on our platform and continues to play regularly making their last deposit on 12/8/2023.

Lastly, we acknowledge the concerns expressed in this thread, and we kindly request that speculation regarding events related to our brand be avoided. We are in contact with Casino Guru and are working to resolve the situation regarding this "representative".

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

I must say that I just gave this thread a thought ever since I have been seeing it, the $25K is not small money, this is another victim on point. I must say that I don't like reading a thing like this again on this forum, we hardly see a casino that doesn't refuse to pay these days which is disheartening.

This looks like a deliberate rip-off of one's money to me and you have to try to mount pressure on them online, they fear such. Especially if it is getting to more reviewing sites which could tarnish their image. Although no one is immune from casino fraud altogether. But still, one can effectively safeguard many issues. This requires us to know the best places to play, particularly those casinos that have long-standing of good reputations and are well-liquid.

I don't think they care much about the exposure from online complaint and articles. Both the complaint on CG and the article made on btcgosu is already concerning enough, and they didn't seem to bother stepping in and explain themselves.

Guys, chips.gg is as shady as it gets - it used to be shady for a long time and "now" it`s even worse  - crossing fingers for any scammed users to see their funds but I very much doubt it. Their (Chips management) practices have been pretty unethical ever since...

Interesting, it will be great if there is a screenshot about that manager told their employee to lock the withdrawal because of mookis won big and hope mookis will play and lose it all.

Without it, we might hear another lame excuse to justify their acts, the casino disables the withdrawal due to the investigation of that bet.
However, it doesnt make sense either if they use that reason, Crazy Time is a live game and if there is a malfunction/error with that round = The game will be put on hold (after that round) and all of the bets from all CT users on that round will be void by Evolution.
All of CT geeks/regular players will confirm I what wrote above.

Oh? The instruction was visible on the original screenshot of their internal chat where he asked for an account to be locked out of withdrawal and intiate a review,

Though it is not clear whether he's talking about demoanique7 or mookis, and can be argued that it's demonanique's that's being instructed to be locked, mookis faced the same situation, for the reason that's later became obvious as their representative explained to CG [available on the screenshot above this post].

One might argue that the representative probably just wanted to create a bad image for chips.gg, but it'll only be logical if they deliberately made it public instead of asking it to be private. And one might further argue that it's probably a reverse psychology, that the representative deliberately ask for it to be private so we think he's not with ill-intention, that he's a whistleblower. Yet, ultimately, Mookis's situation points to a conclusion that everything the representative said is valid. She got her withdrawal locked for no reason other than she win big on CT.

Further, chips.gg can always give their rebuttal by going back online to the forum with their account, as we can be quite sure they're aware of the situation here [and if the representative was indeed fired, it's an even greater sure thing that they know the existence of this situation] from the time the situation raised, yet they're still being absent from giving their side.

I can share now. Unfortunately they fired the employee
If it is true, then that is unfortunate. Is it Chips.gg Casino Guru representative who lost the job for disclosing the inside information?

Where is this information available? I can't find any part mentioning this unfortunate situation to the staff on CG.
Maybe the staff (whistle-blower) has personally informed OP about this situation. Otherwise, it is mentioned in the latest post of Casino Guru data and complaints team head. They have made the post private there.

that is unfortunate but it was just a matter of time before they found out who the whistle-blower was and fire him. I do hope the employee can find another job soon.

checking the case on casino.guru, it looks like the case is still ongoing but their casino representative is taking a long time to reply.

I took the liberty of reposting the images for visibility

Please stop lie, what you have presented is not proof. its opinions, your opinions, and your opinions is not the truth!
And because I don't share your opinions does it make me to a troll? really? troll? Thanks for showing us how mature you are.  Smiley

Yes, my opinion is not the truth, who said that? I am quite sure I never said that, just like I never said because you don't share my opinion make you a troll. Kinda misleading, is it not? I was wondering if your persistence on this situation, although it has been numerous times being explained, is an attempt to troll or is it other thing.

EDIT: I didn't look at your feedback until now. I'm done. And no I am not saying you are anything what they call you but I am just kindly ending this conversation. Good luck mate.

Aww... look at that.

Experience told me [my opinion, not necessarily the truth] that people who resort to point out the feedback of mine are usually losing their position and tried to grasp at anything to attack me personally. Have you read the reference? If you haven't, it'll be another irony, that you demanding for proper way of reference on this case, yet you seemingly [again my opinion, not necessarily the truth] choose not to read those reference. They're amusing, you know? All those negative feedback were there because people got busted by me, and retaliated in such manner.
