There is nothing sensitive in those two screenshots. Some of the other images you have seen are sensitive and problematic to the whistle-blower and that's why he asked to have them removed. We know that they aren't gone and can be retrieved for those who are interested, but I am not going to discuss their content any further.

This should prove that you have zero interest in any aspect of this case, you're just interested to insist that you're right, wanted some people to be in certain shade and anything that's given will not be helpful to convince you otherwise.

But honestly, instead of above, I found myself wondering if [1] you're trolling, [2] you're really stubborn, or [3] at one point you realized you're wrong here because you throw baseless words only to learn that they fact were different from what you have in mind, but it's too embarassing for you to admit that you're wrong, not after all of those words you throw, so you're doubling your effort, only to look... the way you are right now.

As for the evidence, I believe it points to a very strong yes, one of the site provided by TryNinja has everything you need, they prove things beyond reasonable doubt. Things. And if we have to take it to a court [I'd like to remind us here that you're the one drawing this comparison] I don't think judge will laugh and tell me to go home, there is this thing called whistleblower protection, that is a fact and true, not something I made up.

But yeah, I can understand that you lost interest on this case, given everything is indeed on the table, proofs was shown, I think many people [well, not you, clearly] acknowledged it, you tried so hard to push your agenda that the situation is unjustified, but then you realized no one is provoked by your attempt of public witch hunt, it failed miserably. So, to save yourself from further situation, you pretend to lose interest. Yep, ciao.

TryNinja have nothing to do with this, nothing but I can answer yes: I asked for evidence not pictures, pictures can be tampered. You obvious don't have a case here at all and I don't know why you still continue to post your nonsense books to me when I ask for something else mate, you have maybes, very strong maybes yes! If I may ventured a guess and for the sake of giving you a benefit of doubts, you have not, because you don't really care about understanding the situation... actually, whether you say yes or no, it won't affect the situation by much, it'll just further emphasize how deep you are in your agenda, that you're not really interested to give this thread a justice, you're just interested to paint certain user as someone who abuses DT power, who gave incorrect feedback, hiding behind a charade of "I am not trying to start a drama, I just want to learn".

As such, I am failed to see how sending you a PM will yield any better result, as you'll insist on "not checking" other sources to get a better understanding; only this time, privately instead of publicly where people can see you made an... amusing attempt to stick an agenda and paint someone certain shade.

Sadly, I don't think that agenda works as you wished. This thread was viewed 275+ times. Many people read this, they understand, they most likely see through you too, how you're hell bent on asking the evidence, which easily accessible yet you refuse to acknowledge.

Another thing to point out, it's borderline funny that you compare this to bringing the case to court and judge someone by saying, I quote, "I will bring you the evidence next week you just have to trust me for now", because that is not what happened here, the evidence was admitted, but it --if we talk about the rough equivalent of a court case-- was redacted and sealed to protect someone, although it'll be quite imprecise, given the access to it was not restricted to selected individuals only, it's available to public, for those who are willing to put some effort to learn about it.

But let's address your main concern: that the ref link did not instantly zeroing on the evidence, but hinting to give a further read. Ironically, thanks to you, the further read that's implicitly suggested became more and more clear. The proof is, if I may copy your writing style, in THIS THREAD, if they're really shows interest to know the details of this case, people can be sure that @OP don't talk nonsense, instead of being someone who want to destroy his reputation.

Frankly, I am not someone who's interested to ruin other people's future just to paint someone as bad. Out there, there is probably someone monitoring this thread, praying we stop this discussion because the further it went, the further the walls closing on them.

Most people can actually see and get this easily, but from time to time there will be user who love to throw buckets of paint and see if it stick by pretending they find it difficult to get or they don't understand how. If any of you think it's not appropriate and still poses a threat to escalate the situation, please let me know and I'll remove them... again.

It's funny you so worried about Chips.gg but not OP's use of casino.guru, but you know what if you cant post evidence isn't it better to not say anything at all until you actually can post the evidence? Seems like a no-brainer for me since I don't think it's fair to leave feedback that the one reading it need to guess the meaning and purpose of it.

Regarding Chips.gg I don't care about their reputation, they need to earn their reputation themself, if they scam they should also been seen as scammers. But not based on opinions and feelings it need to be based on evidence, that no one of you obvious cant post or don't want to post it now.

I hope you understand that I don't doubt what you think about gg. I think it's true, the thing I dislike is to post it to early without show real evidence, you cant go to court and judge someone for murder and say

Unfortunately, I can't provide the evidence here now. Maybe you aren't aware of the importance of that certain reason. I had quoted some of the evidences, but removed them later. Perhaps, you haven't read the first reply in this accusation which was made by me. You will see some deleted posts of OP which are still in the quote without the contexts of it. The contexts were removed as OP had requested.

You may ask Chips.gg team to make their reputation clean here by informing them about the current situation. FYI,
• BTCGOSU has terminated their partnership with Chips.gg as they did some shabby move: Read here
• I was banned from Chips.gg telegram group for asking about their license.
• A warning has been posted on Chips.gg news channel (in telegram) about the current owner behaviour: Check it
• The warning from Chips.gg news channel has reflected in the case of OP.

Do you want those negative feedbacks to be removed so that Chips.gg can scam more people with a clean reputation?

So I had right from what I saw. The Feedback and Ref link is not evidences it's opinions at least right now, and it's now we speak about it not later. & Then IMO posting the feedback should then also wait until the evidences come up.

OP had provided some evidences of his claim in this thread, but he has deleted those for a certain reason. And that 'certain reason' is reasonable to not give the reference link of the archived posts. The negative feedback references aren't containing the strong evidences now. But sooner or later, we will see the importance of it. Chips.gg team has started to scam the winners selectively.

Casino Guru is very popular to solve the disputes beside Askgamblers. They have resolved a lot of complaints in the proper manner. Your mentioned topic doesn't contain any valuable information. Those topics have been created by the people who weren't happy with the Casino Guru judgement.

Now you have replied 3-4 times but never did what I ask for.

I don't know if this is directed to me as well or only towards holydarkness. To my knowledge, I haven't seen holydarkness misuse the feedback system. Regarding myself, you could make the statement that I am trigger-happy if it wasn't for the fact that in all the years that I have been in this forum, I have left 7 feedback in total. 7! 3 positive, 1 neutral, and 3 negative. The feedback for Chips.gg is only my third negative I left someone on Bitcointalk.

Because if you're reasonable and really try to understand things here, trying to play fair, I think you'll at least try to piece the information together and see the truth why things goes like this. You should be able to get the necessary attention and response to your request, sometimes there use to be delays in relating to the customers service while at some point also, you may need to exercise more patience in allowing them to figure out what is the major cause or reason to your challenges, inasmuch as you're not making any violation against the use of their system, you shouldn't spark any fear because you will always have hold on your account with them and your request being attended to.

There are proof, and I assure you that the feedback I left was not without a thorough consideration and proper wording to touch the situation relevantly, and provable [pun intended]. I'd like to see myself as one that's not light-handed on feedback, that when I left feedbacks, they'll have a good reason behind them, I am not handing feedback like candy on Halloween. As such, I'd like to help you understand how this is proper [at least as far as I think it is], but to do that, I'll need your help to understand from your side, how is it improper and everything else but justice?
