You are supposed to learn it in schools at young age,if you are old still want to lean you can choose online course or special classes in your locale. But I don't think you need english when you have google it is available in all the languages.
Not every country offers english courses in schools especially in third world countries, it's never too late to learn a language , google translate isn't really a viable option
to conversate with other people

i want to learn english  are you have any solution to tech me i mean  website, or pdf or etc
Self learning is good, but listen to audio 🔉 or at best, visit English speaking country/countries and stay for some time there. Also try to be a fan of novel reading and watch english movies)

I agree and by my experience, living in other countries helps a lot. I notice that suddenly you start thinking in the new language and that's where the big progress takes place  Wink

I tried to learn English through books and courses but without much success.
When I was in  situation that all people around me speak only English I had no choice but to start to think and speak only in English.
Through this experience I finally learned English.
If you want to learn something swell you have to be 100 % involved in it.

There are so many places on the web you can learn English, but you should find someone to speak it with also, find a school that offers English classes where you lives.

I will also recommend you do download this free program for google chrome, it will help you to find all those small spelling mistakes you will make as a non-native English speaker.

You can go to school for english or you can also learn in your own way by just watching videos that are english in language. English dialect is a international language in the world where in it is easy to communicate to other people in other countries just by speaking english dialect. But some countries are not used to speak english and it is very hard for them to understand.

Watch Movies non dubbed / Lot's of american movies that you'd watch anyway or TV Shows and either start with the subtitles of your native language and work your way up to watching stuff with "only" english subtitles or just dive right in and watch movies with english subtitles , write down words that you don't understand , translate them and write them in your little notebook / .txt file (the writing down part is crucial, it somehow makes your brain think that it's important).
There are also some good free apps for learning english like Duolingo.

You need to spend time, especially in the beginning. You can read books, watch english movies, youtube videos etc. Just immerse yourself with english. There are plenty of resources in the internet, just google it, maybe you can find website that teach in your native language. Or I have seen many good educational apps as well.

Try to play online games. I made myself English proficient because of talking to other people online. Try doing that and made yourself too  Wink.
This would help and at the same time watch movies that are based internationally or the language spoken was in English language. There are also English language class that you can take up though it cost some bucks but it's going to help.

The results may vary and depend on how you'll react and apply the class and lessons to yourself.

Make it a habit in reading English books and watch movies in same language as well. 80% of what I have learned English was from there and the rest was learned in school. It was actually more helpful tho. Hope it would work with you too.

I must learn a lot from my teacher .You need to find yourself a good teacher who will help you understand the basics. Then you can independently learn new words and phrases.
The most important thing is to understand the grammar. because grammer are very important to  learn and to contract a simple sentence
