I think you need to find a tutor in your city and learn from him , as personal communication with him very much helps to get a good and gramotno delivered speech !

You can learn from the books, courses, Internet, many different ways but from my own experience the best way to learn English is to speak with native English speakers and learn from them.
The best way is to move to some country where English is official language and speak only English.
When you don't have choice but to speak English all the time, it's the best way to learn.

To learn a new language fluently, you could enroll yourself to online schools/tutors which can fully enhance your language and communication skills.
Does the cost of online courses, worth it?

I think it will be worth it, well depends on how much you can learn from then. Though, there are also free online courses that you can take. Those sites are financed by ads so if it's okay for you to learn while ads pops out in almost every corner of the screen, you're good. For me, as long as I also enjoy it, I will gladly pay for it just like in gambling where I know what and how much I spend and fully accepts the risk for sake of entertainment.

Enter in Google search engine - top of the best lessons in English and you will see a lot of videos and books for training. It is also very effective to learn English through watching movies, and find yourself an Englishman friend who will help you and communicate with you for practice.

I agree with previews post, listen to music, also movies help. Some segments may be inaudible to your ear and you may not understand but your ear gets better with time.

It depends what area in your English you are looking to improve, if you need fluency do a lot of reading.
If you feel you lack words to express your ideas, learn more vocabulary. It all depends on your level.

I have bad English too, but until now I am still learning to understand at least how to distinguish past, present, or future sentences. You can learn on YouTube, lots of channels that make learning English and very complete. Use the internet as a learning media, I think it's quite easy.

Hi,

Firstly, I suggest you buy a nice English workbook, like Oxford Practice Grammar where you can learn grammar from the very beginning. Also, you can buy different books from Oxford as well. Secondly, start reading some fiction books. It will give a better understanding of sentence structure and will enrich your vocabulary. You can read some magazines in the beginning. Also, watch movies in English. You will learn how to pronounce different words. Use different resources like Grammarly or https://robotdon.com/grammar-check/. Find some online courses. And maybe the most important - talk to people as much as possible. Only then you will be able to learn and master English. Hope this info will help. Cheers!

The first advice is, learn by yourself, learn to identify what you lack and then learn it, vocabulary is the hardest part.

Try to listen to podcasts. You can listen to special podcasts focused at learners like BBC learning English 6 minute English or listen to usual podcasts. The main thing is that it should be interesting. You won't notice how fast your skills improve  Grin Watching cartoon can also be a fun way to learn. And, well, grammar books. It's boring but at some point it would be helpful to read some grammar rules. By the way, BBC learning English also has grammar podcasts. There are many such websites but I used it the most.
