Well... even though I am new here and the restrictions are as someone here already stated "pain in the ass". I find them as quite useful tool, that should be implemented on most forums...
Great want to reply to a post. Don't understand the logic behind this.
It makes sense considering the likelihood of spammers.
But I have to spam other areas of the forum with crap just to post a comment on the relevant thread.2nd post 3 to go (and a few hours)...

Hi, you have to send 4 or 5 posts and you should be able to post in other sections. I think you have to be online for 4 hours or something too I would like to take part in the ASIC group buy but I need to be able to send PMs.

Apparently it is only updated hourly, so it might take a while.
