But i think even if you are playing gambling with planning but if you are engaged in gambling for a long time still it will be difficult for you to stop gambling because playing gambling for a long time make you addicted and they it become difficult to stop playing gambling so easily. Actually I used to gambling before on casino games and used it as source of income but I realize that I never win that big yet, I lose more than I win. Hence, I stay away from it and find another way to have a income. Gambling will never have a good effect and even the entertainment you will get upon it is just a bluff because how you can be entertain if you will lose. Therefore, just leave gambling because it will never have a good effect instead of profit you will only suffer on loss.I can stop completely without gambling and can control myself.

As long as i'm busy with PUBG and biking, I can last without gambling and I've been doing that for how many months now. You only need to focus on other things and most important you must love what you're focusing with so that gambling won't come into your mind.
PUBG makes me busy too, as well as Mobile Legends , but if I have only minimal time and I liked to play , i still make some time even a few rounds with lower bets since we all knew how we should hold at the moment our alts till they pump again, maybe many limits their gambling as this season of reds and just tries new online games which somehow more exciting to do so.Mobile legend and other games can bring the gamer to addiction. Worst thing that might happen is that it may also be used for gambling.
Anyway, I can limit myself in gambling because it i not my addiction. Self discipline is very impotant.

Hats-off to you for at least realizing that gambling may only make your problems worse. Though there is still that potential of you coming back, at least there exists this moderation towards your addiction in gambling that may mitigate your damages in the long run.
I think I can pretty much last longer than expected. I already experienced being so addicted to the point that it wasn't healthy anymore and I don't wanna be back to that place which is why as hard as it may seem, I tried to control myself slowly until I can totally let go off it. Thinking it through, I guess I made the right decision. It's all about priority and having self control at the end of the day. Right now, I only gamble only if I feel like I deserve it, not as often as I did before and I still feel great!
Good you were able to break lose from that impulse bro! A lot of people find it hard doing that until they realize they are so deep into it and getting out of that level becomes so hard. It is a whole lot hard. Talking from experience. It is like the wall of China that you cannot break. When i read your opinion then i remember my past period of gambling, i also have same boat like both of you. When i was new in gambling field then i did a lot of search about gambling but later on i realized my daily work effect because of it, and then i controlled myself and also i controlled on my betting, because i didn't want to be addicted gambler, then now i am happy with myself. That's why i always say rules and regulation should be on our life.

I gamble everyday, play poker or slots, or some other casino game. I know how much I can spend on gambling and I gamble according to that, if I have more I will play slots or poker cash games with higher blind's, if I don't have much I will be satisfied with small stakes table. Until now I didn't have big reasons to stop gambling, couple days now and then when I can't find free time. I hope that I will not have to think about completely stopping with my gambling activities.
You need to take it easy bro! Even though I cannot tell you what to do with your time, but I really hope you will not end up finding a bad reason not to have to stop, and stopping when it gets to that stage can be a very difficult one to overcome. For now on ,i can stay for the rest of my life without gambling ,because i can control now my self by avoiding all this kind of games and convert my mind into a real sport recreation.Gambling addiction is so hard to avoid or to prevent this kind of vice's so in order to totally dimished it into your life you must convert your habit and change your gambling enthusiasm into a sport like PRT Gym or other extra curricular activities,so that you can prevent in gambling addiction.
