I've got less than 1 right now. I had more but unfortunately cryptsy stole most of what I had. You can't trust any exchanges with your bitcoins so be careful.

Well I saved none in bitcoin. I saved none because I always trade it to fiat and I am earning it just for free. I don't want to buy a single penny of bitcoin im just earning them for free.
why? why did you convert directly to fiat? whereas if you want to keep for a while  and wait for prices to rise while you collecting bitcoin. probably will give you more profit?

Just recently got into BTC; I have 2.5 saved up.
Plan on taking 25% of each of my paychecks and accumulating and seeing what will happen in 2017 or later in the year.

Thoughts? Ideas? Speculation? Advice? Tips?

 Huh

i am saving bitcoins from 2015, and at this moment  i have 11 bitcoins, and i think that i did good job in 1 and half year only, as others spent it or have less than me actually

and my tip is to don't invest it anywhere to get more, just keep them in your wallet and buy more when their price is small so you could have even more bitcoins when their price will be large

As of now i have 0.1 btc i earned it from sig campaign and my other investments. im still collecting and i hope i can have more before the halving comes. i want to add some so im planning to buy using fiat.
thats not a lot of money to be honest especially if you are planning to make bitcoin be your thing that will make you a living in the future, also i would be curious to know where you invest

i dont have a lot of bitcoins saved at the moment to be honest though i dont think that it will be the main source of finances for me in the near future, though i dont know how it will turn out

I only have 0.154 Bitcoin because that is just what i earned from signature campaign and some amount from altcoin trading. As of now i'm keep working hard on signature campaign to just earn some more bitcoin and also to get more capital for alt coin trading so that it will be easier for me to earn more bitcoin in just a week or even day.

I wish you best luck in trading, buddy!  As of me, i dont save bitcoin, I used it to roll for more profit.  If I saw a coin worth mining, I move my BItCOIN to nicehash to buy some hashes for certain period of time.  I buy altcoin and keep it until I saw a 50% above profit.  So pretty much my BTC is spread out to smaller investments.

I have 0.3 bitcoins right now, which is roughly equivalent to $200. It is not much at all, but I am trying to accumulate by way of signature campaign earnings and by buying a little every now and then. My plan is to reach 2 bitcoins by the end of the year, or if I could do that quicker, that would be better.

I saved 4 coins but it already sold, when price was around $720 it was enough to make my dreams come true, and i bought a thing had dreamed about.

Wow that's a lot of bitcoins, I'm shy to tell how many bitcoins I have save it is not even one bitcoin at all. But still I know I can get one bitcoin soon.
And as well as like yours which is 4 bitcoins.

Buy. Earn. Accumulate. Those are the ways in which I plan to make my bitcoins grow. When there are buying opportunities, I buy what my budget allows. Being enrolled in a signature campaign, I am able to earn a few extra to further add to what I buy. With that, I hope I am able to accumulate before the year ends.

As of now I have saved a few amount of bitcoins, but still I know I can still get profit from it after the halving happens.
And somehow I want to buy some bitcoins and going to invest in bitcoin after the halving.

It would be the best time to invest in bitcoin after the halving is done as price may fall after the halving so you can buy at lower price and save it for future.

I agree buy after the halviing is done.  People are positively speculating that BITCOIN price will increase in the following days.  So they are trying to hold it as much as they can.  While other who have little are anticipating it too, reason why they will also buy thinking and wishing that they can ride the bubble before it burst.  So after the halving, if those speculationg failed, frustrated holder will dump their BTC and that's the time to buy cheaper BTC.

It's your decision to save or not but I would save as much as can because most of us think that bitcoin has the potential to go again to >$1k, so I do, about the topic I haven't saved a large amount but as much as i could, hope to get a profit from them soon.

To each his own. You worked for it and you certainly deserve whatever you have and whatever you desire to do with your earnings. A lot of members here would usually hold, or buy more, so in the future, when the price has gone up real high, they can sell at a big profit. It is about delayed gratification and the hope of a price increase for future profit-taking.

It depends on you because we have our way of spotting the right time to buy, what matters is we only sell for profit. The halving is really giving hype to the people and the demand increases as evidence by the price of bitcoins.

I have 2.5 btc and my target is to hold 4 btc till we reach to the halving and for that I am trying my best to collect as much coins as possible, as more coins will  lead to higher profits.
Wow ,that was a good holding and patience to have that amount for holding a long time .as they said it is the average .hm but i think the average holders or mostly of them holds about 1.5btc  im too far and a very long way to reach that amount.

You need to put constant efforts to collect bitcoins, as this is the best time to collect to get best benefits from the halving, or else you again need to wait for a longer time.

I think now is not a good time to collect as much as possible, because the price too high. you are late, and also halving getting closer. but buying as much as possible, it could be a good choice.

I agree save all the bitcoins that you earn as long as you can because the value of it will continue to increase until halving. You can also buy if you can afford to spend your real money into it. And it will be profitable to buy now 3 weeks before halving happens.
