I have saved 5 btc till date and I am very much satisfied with it as halving will make me to earn more profits from it so its better to hold till then.

5 btc is very good amount to save.  you almost have 2500$ and after halving you'll gain possibly 6000$. Not bad at all.
I was very careless person about saving my money. I always spend my earning in bulshit things. buy games, softwares and other things, but now I am saving and hopeful to make 1btc at the time of halving.

sure it ? possibly $6000? so the rate of bitcoin will be above $1000 ?
i think we must thinking more reasonable, $700 for each bitcoin is good rate.

I think $6000 is to much, halving is profitable but you need to careful too, because the price of bitcoin can go down anytime and me, saved around 1.5 bitcoins.

Lucky. I've never had bitcoins beyod 0.10BTC. And I've saved nearly 0.09 BTC for now. I don't have the special skill to have done services for it, nor the capital to invest on mining.

Around 0.2 BTC
I think it is a big number for me if I had that amount in my wallet, I'll sell it and buy bitcoin back at the low price.
I respect what you say but to be honest 0.2 is very small  amount to hold and you can never make good profits with it, its good to hold higher number of coins.
Maybe on a daily basis if you are earning you can set aside something for your savings and who knows in 6 months time you can accumulate 10 BTC, that would be good in the future already considering the price increase just recently.

well thats not a lot though in my opinion its more than most of the holders as people usually have most of the money in fiat instead of dollars though thats not a good thing

i have around a bitcoin at the moment and i save it in order to make some good money from time to time for example i made 10 per cent more money than i had before during the last 3 days

Its always good to hold 1 btc or more in your wallet as more you have more profits you can expect in future, and that is the reason we all  are busy in collecting at a moment.

Agreed its good to hold huge number of coins before the halving stage as this is the opportunity to earn bigger profits and this opportunity will come once in 4 years.

Just recently got into BTC; I have 2.5 saved up.
Plan on taking 25% of each of my paychecks and accumulating and seeing what will happen in 2017 or later in the year.

Thoughts? Ideas? Speculation? Advice? Tips?

 Huh

You are doing the right thing IMO. Unfortunately I can't afford to take 25% of my payment and turn it into Bitcoin. I spend all the money I earn each month sometimes even waiting 2-3 days to the next payment almost without a dollar in my pocket. BUT I have no debts and I have almost 1 BTC so I guess the life is good. )

I have (sadly) just 2.5 btc saved up. Even tho it isnt that low, it really breaks my heart and i miss the days when i had over 200..
Some went to bad trading, investments and so on, but most of it was cashed in for expences IRL.

I put 100 BTC on investment found where i have won a lot of money in last year

For me,I need at least 200BTC for my retirement, that is already enough for me to live a comfortable life at its current price today. In my country the overall expenses to live a comfortable life is not that high so with the aforementioned amount it will already cover all my expenses until I am getting old.

I have less than 1 btc, but actually I had not been so worried about accumulating more coins because I was very hesitant about the real worth of bitcoin. Of course when I watch this type of optimistic rallies, I regret my passive attitude.
Don't worry man its not too late, we can still take the opportunity even at its current price now. Bitcoin is still at its early stage in terms of adoption, in the future we can see more adopters and that would simply mean the price will eventually go high.

it seems you need a long time to get 2 BTC it. because bitcoin income that you generate from your campaign is not so great? probably only about 0012 BTC its weekly? it takes more than 200 days to get 2 BTC only ?
