Honestly, I'm yet to be scammed out of bitcoin. I generally don't get myself in a position where I could easily be scammed out of my bitcoin, although I probably just jinxed it 
Words of the wise: If a lawyer from overseas emails you saying he's got 100K for you if you only send him 100$ woth of Itunes girft cards then you should probably ignore him
Edit: The way I posted that makes it sound like I've been scammed by an email like that; I know enough to avoid those things.

I have lost some money with the hashocean scam in 2016. I thought they were legit as they were paying for more than one year. When they made 1 year paying online I thought this company must be legit but it wasn't so I lost all my investment.

i don't remember how many times i've been scammed especially in the beginning time when i know bitcoin. i think i've been scammed in the investment program like hyip, double, cloud mining, because i remember when i am new person in bitcoin, i am not thinking too much about earning bitcoin and i am doing many ways so i can earn more bitcoin but in the end, i only getting loss of my bitcoin. after that bad experience, i realize that there is no short way to earn bitcoin and i am glad that i can learn from my mistakes.
Gaining knowledge here in Bitcointalk can help you a lot in understanding what Bitcoin is for, how it was created, the advantages of using it, etc. I was just scammed because of my lack of knowledge in the traders profile. I should've checked his account before making a trade, and I didn't think that's going to happen. Oh well, we all learn from our mistakes. hero member

I've never been scammed, i got all my coins on my Trezor and paperwallet. I use my local Bitcoin dealer which i dont need to move coins ore $$ on there platform.
luckily never , maybe this means I was not brave enough in taking risks though

You have to be careful and to replenish their knowledge base, otherwise such incidents will be repeated continuously. This is very bad.

I've scammed once and I don't want to occur it again.
I'll be more sensitive and don't trust easily in different kind of people or strangers.
Nowadays you can not be too trusting, though, and believe in people and their good qualities, too, need. After all, we are very callous when acquiring a barrier between themselves and others. It can be very difficult to manage if you have enough information about what to do and how. Therefore, every time comes up against the fraudster.

If a person is sure of himself, it is usually everything goes well and without any problems. That's only if someone wants to deceive someone, you do it very well, something that is very difficult to suspect.
