i don't know and i don't think its a good idea to plan it before stepping to it, because it will produce greed in us when we lose or win but after that we will loses all of the money.the best choose in gambling is take what is left and welcome the little loses or play it just for fun

but i have a fixed limit and i do gambling up to that limint. and when ever i reach to this limit i stop gambling any more. i think that is also the smarted way of gabling. 
It is hard to tell how much I lose in gambling. Since I don't have records at all and it will be very hard to trace my betting records and post it here lol. But one thing am sure, I never let my self to lose more than 0.02 BTC in one sit. I need it to control the damage done by losing.
You can lose everything when you're a gambling addict (any addict, really). Your job, home, life, spouse, kids.... all those things are much more important than gambling, and if you think otherwise, you need to seek help now, because you're in serious trouble.

I think I can afford to lose in gambling in one seat is around 0.05 BTC. That is my limit. If all this fund runs out then I stop playing and wait again till I can afford to lose another 0.05 BTC. I think there is no harm in setting limitation to your gambling fund. Better yet it will protect you from losing more.
On average i never play above .03 BTC. Since i know i am losing, I don't find it appropriate to invest more then that. Offcourse sometimes i go over it. But never more then 0.05BTC

That's an accusation you are giving here for gambling sites which maybe or maybe not true. However this accusations is clearly aimed at games like slots, dice, roulette, blackjack which are games of chance and maybe can be manipulated like you say but I don't think this is the case. Once this is found out to be true than the gambling website will be gone forever and no one will play there. Usually all of the people who play slots or game alikes have lost in the long run not because of gambling companies trying to manipulate the games but because of the house edge which will clearly come to surface in the long run.
You can try sportsbook if you don't trust gambling companies, there's nothing they can do in here except trying to fool you with the odds.
