3 Cups atleast a day. Smetimes 4 if the office works gets on me.

If u like tea I would point you towards bitter (chinese cucumber) gourd tea, has a lot of properties that you may like if u research it well enough.
It depends according to the weather mostly, but as a practice i would have at least one cup of coffee.

I literally keep an ongoing cup of coffee at my disposal from the time I wake to the time I go to bed, leaving a few swallows for when I wake during the night to wet my whistle after taking (or is it leaving?) a piss.
i should really cut down my coffee.. it gives me GERD but i like drinking it so much. there are better alternatives, but i'm just too lazy to seek them out.

Just one cup every night . But I drink 5 cups of Tea every day . Keeps me more fresh than coffee.
