Before I could drink about 3-5 cups of coffee hot/cold. I had to lessen it out to one because it's causing my heart to beat faster than it should so I'm only drinking once a day.

Same as you. I don't drink a lot of coffee because it's makes me so nervous tho.

I usually don't drink coffe, only when I really need, otherwise its effects would be lowered with time and I could get addicted

I dont want to be depended from coffe, i use to drink 1 coffe a day or 2-3 days. IT is enough for organism
