First of all, I personally think that your statement is not appropriate. Although the cryptocurrency is now at a low price, it is not always in a low position. I lost almost half my portfolio but Thank God i have been able to build it back up by investing in some ico that gives me many x thanks to credits ico and wan and dock they are the ico that build my portfolio back.

I have lost a lost during this down period. But the significant one is my coin failling from $1800 to $400. The money is not that huge, but the issue is that i made up my mind to sell when it got to $1600, but i was tempted to hold. And when it was falling, i still had faith.
About 40% down since the ATH, lucky I have a lot of BNB as thats not done as badly.

you are not the only one who lost a lot of money ,, almost all feel it. still calm, do not too often see the current market price. Do other activities, so your mind is not driven by price.

I lost not much, I am only doing long-term investments, I am not very worried about losing,I know that it is temporary.
If I calculated ETH I lost 3 ETHs this time, the market always dropped and I can not believe they continue to decrease. and today they continue to decline can not rise up.

The cost of my portfolio has decreased by 5 %. I'm trying not to panic. The cryptocurrency market has always been and will not be stable. You just have to wait for the right moment.
