I really don't count hours in posting because i just do it during in spare time. What i am particular about is the number of posting i need each day because it is the requirement in order to get a reward token.

It depends on the specific bounty campaign. Generally I choose campaigns that are not too difficult to do so you have to stay in the forum only in the free time. (like it should be)
