I just lost like 0.25BTC. I am cautious with my money now.

have lost around 0.14 btc in rough estimation. But since I set a rule for myself how much I can lose every time and I follow the rule strictly, I do not and will not lose anything significant.

I at least have lost about 5 BTC in dice....maybe it was usual for the rich people,but for me it was great 
so 5btc your all time lost? it is pretty big for me, i never spend so much money for gamble, around $10-$20 for every bet i made and i do it weekly on sportsbook.not sure how much exact amount i have lost, but i can make sure it is not reach 5btc lost as you.
5 btc is a huge amount to loose, I do gamble too but with a small amount, I don't know how much I have lost till date but I am sure it won't be higher then 0.5 btc.

I think that I lost some total around 1 BTC and I think that is not that bad because I only play with small amounts and not that often so that is quite not that bad.

one BTC is also very big loss and you said that you loss with small betting ok i think you played it for fun it's ok for that fun cost one BTC it's huge no issue one day you will get your loss back. i am also lost money in betting but not this much only small small betting it's not made that much huge loss for me. If time is money, then I also had lost more with gambling. As I always gamble with freebies, I lost my time with it but I made refreshment to mind and soul. So, no loss for me with gambling anyway.
I was surprised of the words you, but I think definitely you are experiencing considerable losses. Because I think every person doing gambling definitely want a big advantage (although using free gambling), but you said that gambling is used only for the mind and refresh the soul. I think it's just nonsense and making this up, because in the gambling requires a mind that pretty extras and a sufficient power, so it is definitely our minds drained and if it is, too.

I have lost approximately 5 Bitcoins in gambling.This was my biggest loss ever.I was much disturbed after that.It was few months ago like 5 months.The good thing is I began to gamble in small amounts.Since that time I didn't lost not even 0.10 Btc overall.

But there is a higher chance indeed that you will lose some money but just dont lose that much that you can become poor.
