It's daily for me. When I wake up and before I go to bed. Cryptocurrency market is too fast and unpredictable and one needs to keep apace with it especially with the recent developments happening everyday capable of effecting serious changes in prices and portfolio
Only in the last few days has a big discount in this market always occurred while I was sleeping and this is really bad for my profits during this period. Although I always check the price every hour, it doesn't help much because when people tend to panic sell then any investment will suffer and we will always feel very depressed at that time . Now I only choose long-term investment because it is the safest solution in investment

It depends on the type of coins I invest or hold at a particular point in time because every coin has road map set by the project team and based on that decide to hold for short term or long term. Sometimes, after making some market analysis based on news and market trend, I do trading in order to seize the opportunity offered by the up and downs in prices within the shortest possible time.

With how the market has been going lately, I try to avoid checking prices. It's just depressing. And even if I see a situation where I think it might be worth trading, btc volatility sort of destroys the move. Unless btc can stabilize at a price for more than a week, it becomes pretty difficult to trade.

On a norm, I check my portfolio app more than 5 times in a day. But in days when Bitcoin dips pretty much, I avoid checking it for fear of having chest pain. It is one of the worst things that can happen, just sitting down and watching your investments dip in value

I also check the prices of my coins quite often. It's just a habit of mine. It seems to me that a long price reduction can't scare a person who has been investing in crypto for a long time. It's scary only if you are a beginner. It is also convenient to put notifications in the application that will notify you if the price increases to the desired mark. This will save you from having to constantly check your coins.

I check the price every week. The interval of checking is 1-2 times per 7 days. This is the average period of checking. I think more oftentimes of checking are necessary for people who are trading in markets every day.

I do not monitor the market every day because of the investments that I apply in the long run so I am not surprised or worried when the market situation deteriorates. But some people monitor the market every day because they trade in lots of coins.

I think I lost my mind because lately I have been checking my portfolio on my favorite application under the knowledge of blockfolio, every hour. I don’t know what it is connected with, but I’ll try to find this connection.

I have a small portfolio of altcoins for the time being, I also check them every morning. It is worrying that the price will be reduced significantly. But I believe it will be useful in the near future. It is important to keep calm and hold it while you wait for the good to come to you.  Grin

ahaha. Now the price checking is causing really sad emotions and therefore I just continue to do my job and invest
So I think there is no need to be upset because of the low prices in the cryptocurrency market. We must understand that there is also a good opportunity to buy Altcoins at very low prices.

Once a day is enough for me because I shifted on investing on IEOs so when I got into their lotteries, those are only the days I'm very active on looking at prices. On the events of when the IEO tokens I bought is on the listing date, I look at crypto price most of the time on that day and then after the next distribution until I sold everything.

In my own case i have limited my checking habit especially since i am not trading nor in any ieo, now the alts market is at a stand still so nothing much to check, once or twice a week is what i do at present because there is no significant change in altcoins prices that will compell me to check that often, but when the market is fully active again then it will more frequent.

I don’t understand how you can do everything manually. For a long time already there are special applications in which you can configure a signal about a change in the price level in any size you need. On exchanges, you can set stops that will sell your coins in the event of a strong drop in price. I did all this and check the price just a few times a day.

I check my portfolio at least twice a day. The majority of my investments are long-term. However, I am trying to keep follow of the daily changes in token and coin prices. This is because in the crypto world, prices can big rise or fall even on a daily basis.

I check too often in a day there is no problem if you check prices more than 3 times. When you already have a plan in your mind to execute your trades then why to afraid check prices too many times in the day? If you keep an eye on what is happening in the market, you can execute your trades properly.

I was addicted to cryptocurrency during the initial days when I was introduced to cryptocurrency. It was more than fun to check price of coins I have held and check cryptocurrency-related news. But nowadays, I have lost my these interest in cryptocurrency as the market is down. I hardly check price of my coins once five days.

I suffer from the same disease and check the prices of my coins several times in a couple of hours. Sometimes even friends take offense at me when I often look at my phone in general meetings to check the prices of my coins.
But I can’t do anything about it, as long as I have these coins in my investment portfolio, I will constantly check their prices so that no one speaks.
Means you are too worried about the price of the coins you have, so you check too often, I also have several altcoins and only check once a day, and I do it every day even if only once.
