Once every 4 months.
It's been running almost 2 years straight. Never cleaned it.
I clean it when it alerts me that something is wrong and when it becomes slow. I hate it when I'm installing something and there is error because my PC is messy.
Every month. Sometimes I even replace some of the hardware when it becomes outdated. Usually I buy a new laptop every 2 years and a desktop every 3 years.

Back in the days when I had my old, slow computer, I did it every day in a hope it'll be faster and that I'll be able to play modern games. These days, if you have a good PC, you don't have to do it for a year, and you won't notice anything. At least that's the impression I got. Although, I try to clean it once a month.

I haven't cleaned by computer for like 3 months now but the keyboard is so easy to clean because its basically flat
I clean all of the dust properly in every week.scan and clean the junk files daily.
I used to do this every month, but last years it's probably once a year as there is not much dust in my computer.
One cool thing about my computer is that the R4 case has filters so I can clean the fans easily, and my GPU has a fan that rotates to the opposite direction during both and it cleans itself, pretty nice.
