Never I wait until my computer is all clogged up and overheats then I buy a new one.
I clean my screen every week but the rest of the PC, I clean like once in a month or so. 
I never clean the inside if my computer 
I use air pressure to clean it every 6 months....
I dont think i ever opened my recent one. But i recall there can be quite a lot of dust inside i might do it next time i will have vacuum cleaner in here. I had it just yesterday i dont feel like get it here now again 
I dont even know how, so i youtube it, and I see someone using a vaccum for the imac.

I have a laptop and I clean it almost daily. I'm a bit obsessive

whenever i feel that there is something wrong with my pc
1 time for 1 year. Yes, because I don't work so much with computer and I think that time is a good time

I plan to clean my computer every 6 months but every time when the day X comes, I delay it until the kernel panic message (or black screen / frozen screen) arises, which forces me to open the tower case to inspect which component broke today because all of the dust and dirth inside. 
Once every 3 months
I have a laptop i cleans it probably once a week or so. I have a dusting cloth and a cleaning liquid right on my table. So i cleans it whenever there's dust on it. About the inside i never opened the casing yet.
