Like never, it's a laptop and i don't know how to open the damn thing but sure need a check up soon fan makes a lot noise now.

Not frequently, I guess it's a good habit to clean your PC regularly but not allot of people do that.

I try to clean it often but from the outside not much can be done
It's the internals that can get pretty bad
Had a fan stop running and a PC not turn on because a giant dust ball accumulated inside it and it was very difficult to open the computer.

Why would you replace them? Do they wear out that fast?
I replace them for the same reason I replace my gloves and wash my hands with warm water and soap after touching any surface.

Sorry, I should have clarified. I was referring to outside surfaces like elevator buttons and doorknobs. You never know what kind of germs or viruses are on them.

Every item in my home is carefully cleaned, so I don't worry about it.
