I consider myself to be añ active gambler, in order words I gamble regularly and this comes with a lot of demerits but it also has it advantages. Gambling everytime can make you incur a lot of losses, coming from a gambler that's bets regularly I don't advice anyone to do that. Learn to take a break from it, if you are the type that's interested in sports betting you can play only one the weekends, this helps you minimize the amount of money you lose. If you are into casinos games I'd suggest that you set aside 1 to 5 percent of what you earn and gamble not more than twice a week. If you gamble constantly you can never win.

There's no correlation between your gambling frequency and the results you get.
One goal in gambling is to win, which is very celebrated.

Another lowkey goal of every gambler is that even when they are not winning, they should not be losing too much money. Gambling less often is a certain way to reduce the amount of money you lose to gambling, and being able to stay disciplined to the practice of gambling less often even if you loose, is still winning in itself.

The point is to find out whether success in gambling depends on how often we gamble. Maybe it makes sense to separate betting and slots, because in the second case we only need money, some free time and luck, and in the case of bets, some players spend a lot of time deciding on a bet, or bets, if there are several. Then you need to wait for the result when the events are over, this seems like a more difficult task.

This raises the question, what is the best way to act if you make many bets every day, can this negatively affect the result, is it better to make several bets a week, or once a week, share your experience, which approach works better for you?

I noticed that if I start making many bets in one day (usually on weekends), then I lose more often, if once or twice a week, then the results are better, maybe because I choose the bet more carefully.

How does this happen for you?
Actually we all should gamble with fixed time and fixed amount of gambling, Yes your method is really good, you only gamble on weekends holidays. In fact, we need to determine the time and amount of gambling in such a way that we do not become addicted to this gambling, because excessive gambling usually leads to gambling addiction. So we must gamble for a short period of time, and gamble with a certain amount of money that we can afford to lose.

I make more than 10 bets in a day when I was addicted. I was addicted to betting and not gambling. Sport betting if I should be precise. I did went for low odds in a way that I may gamble and might have won 1.5 odds after 7 bets but I will continue to bet until the day went bad for me because I later lost the whole money. I use all the money that I have on my betting account to bet. It is not wise at all. Also I remember when I hprefer to go for huge odds, the more I bet, later I will lose more than win. I now prefer just two or three matches in a week.

Then you should just be betting once to twice a week, looks like you can win more with this. But why do you think you bet more carefully when you just do it once or twice?

When I lose many times in a week, the last funds I have in my account can make me think strategically that's why I won. Maybe this is also your case? Yep I used to just do it like a numbers game until the last money.

The idea that 'the more you bet, the more you get' doesn't apply to games of chance. Betting more doesn't guarantee more wins; luck and unpredictability rule in gambling.

Even in spin-and-win games, spinning 10-20 times may yield only 1-2 wins, without hitting big. Frequency doesn't directly impact winning, but it can increase chances.

Understand that the number of games played doesn't directly affect wins. Luck determines outcomes. You might win all bets if lucky, lose all if unluck or emein/lose half if luck is mixed

Betting more (e.g. 10-20 times) increases probability of 1-3 wins, but betting on just one game means you either win or lose.

I also make more bets especially when the league is running. even during the international break, I usually bet on several matches too. every week there may be a bet that I make. and how much or how little depends on the matches that I am interested in.
I think the intensity of your bets will not affect anything if you bet on matches that you know. such as the current Champions League or Europa League matches. there will definitely be many teams competing, never force yourself to bet on a team whose chances you don't know at all. no need to force yourself to bet more often if you are not able to make predictions.

It does make sense since it's two completely different betting fields. But IMO on both fields doesn't matter how often you gamble. Slots can give you the jackpot the moment you will press the Spin button or you can wait until the sun goes down. Same in sportsbooks, you can bet on one game and win.

This raises the question, what is the best way to act if you make many bets every day, can this negatively affect the result, is it better to make several bets a week, or once a week, share your experience, which approach works better for you?

I make lots of bets every week but I always put the same amount of money in each and every one of them. Sometimes my bets can be more than my usual amount but I never cross my "red line" of the specific amount. For me, it's the best way and I have no complaints. I exclude bets that can come just for fun and not like a usual bet.
IMO, it's better to make some small study regarding the match/ es that you want to bet but not like a maniac! Most of the time, it's pretty helpful.

Previously, I might first ask about what success you mean, my friend, do you mean success in achieving occasional or short-term wins regardless of the type of gambling? Or is the success you mean success that can change a gambler's life as a whole? But I'm sure that maybe what you mean is success in achieving short-term wins because after all, success in gambling that can change your life is when you become a dealer who has your own casino and not a gambler.

On the other hand, I will also answer your first question which is simply that I will say that success in gambling is not measured by how long you have been involved in gambling, sometimes a gambler who has only been involved in gambling for a few hours or days can get a much larger amount of winnings than a gambler who already has high flying hours in gambling, so actually winning in gambling is not measured by whether you are an experienced gambler or a beginner because in the end only luck can answer it (except for skill-based gambling).

Every month, a few times but I don't bet too big because I don't want to get addicted to it. If I win too big then I'll continue to make more bets and that's dangerous because eventually I'll end up losing what I won and then some more. If I lose big, then I'll be making bets to cover my loss which is never a good idea because I'll be losing even more in the end. As you see, It is better to maintain self control when you are gambling. Otherwise it doesn't matter whether you lose or win initially, you'll be losing a lot eventually. If you somehow gamble responsibly though, you'll never have that problem. Just keep your bets small and you'll be fine.

Myself, once a week.

I mostly bet on sports, sometime there's a week where an underdog win more than favorite, sometime there's a week with full of unpredictable results. It's random and depend on how lucky your predictions is.
This sound strange though because I don't see myself gambling only once per week. I bet mostly on football and every day there is always match but not that I bet everyday. But Friday, Saturday and Sundays are the real gambling days for me and I don't consider that gambling too much because I try to gamble within a limit. As long as I have my budget for gambling, which I ensure I don't exceed, even though I see good matches every other days of the week, I will place my bet without fear.

When you take breaks between the bets, you give time to yourself to make better decisions and to choose a good game to bet on. When you bet frequently, you completely leave everything on your luck. But in cases of long gaps, you think of multiple outcomes and strategies and hence decide to bet on the calculated game. Earlier I used to bet daily and continuously; for this I made huge losses. From that day on, I decided to bet occasionally, and that too on sports events only. Now I make less losses and sometimes good profits also.

Gambling regularly could result in losses, if you are an active gambler there's a 70 percent chance that you might lose more than you win. The lessons I have learned from gambling over the years is to always give it breaks whether you are winning or losing. Most people don't know when to stop especially when they are winning, this is actually a display of greed, when you are not satisfied with your wins you'd try to keep pushing your luck till you eventually blow up everything you've won. I have learnt to gamble occasionally or passively instead of engaging in it regularly.

The point is to find out whether success in gambling depends on how often we gamble.
It is usually not about how often you gamble but how strategic you are whenever you gamble. Gamblers who gamble more often strategically have a higher chance of winning than gamblers who gamble less often without a strategy this is because playing often improves the chances of you winning, and when you become strategic, not betting on all and every game you come across, and not playing so many games at once, chances are better for your winning. If you gamble for fun you should also not gamble everyday because if it is something you do every day you will become tired of it quickly and then your purpose of gambling will quickly change from having fun to trying to make money which can lead you to addiction. If you gamble too often you are more at a chance to become addicted to gambling than someone who gambles less frequently.

It goes both ways. If you are exposed to more gambling, you could have higher chances of losing and also higher chances of winning, but with the casino edge, it’s going to be more primarily on the losing side for the player, especially in the long run. Imagine that, and you would be enlightened, in my opinion, that it doesn’t directly correlate to more Gambling means more winning. That is not the case.

How does this happen for you?

There is a simple rule: the more bets you place, the more likely you are to lose. This rule simply reflects the fact that the casino/bookmaker has an advantage. If we are talking about nonsense like slots, then even more so, this is always a negative game.
Personally, I am a bettor and play on average once a week (and this is taking into account all the polls in which I participate) and I can say that I am happy with the results.

I used to play poker every day for many years. Maybe not absolutely every day but like 330 days a year or so. Lately I don't play as much anymore because I'm stuck at the same level and I make more money elsewhere with no variance, so playing poker doesn't motivate me anymore and I hardly need the money I could make if I played more. Growing profits come to me in other ways. Now I play once or twice a week.

The number of time you gamble doesn’t matter to your success in gambling. In fact, the few bet you gamble you will avoid to face house edge which can be considered as success to players.

The frequent you gamble means you have a high risk to get addicted since there’s always a chance that you will experience greediness on one of your bets that will makes you bet a high amount out of your normal bet.

I think successful gamblers can’t be achieved by how often they gamble rather the lesser they gamble while they keep hitting the early luck.

I don't think there is any correlation between the frequency of gambling and wins. It may look so in the first few days but as it persists, the reverse starts to become the case. It doesn't even matter the type of gambling whether slots or sports betting, it is the same thing. Fortunately sports betting which is very popular where I reside, particular football happens mostly during the weekend. This gives the players even time to have a plan in terms of their bankroll, then to get their analysis right too.
