That's a bounty section but you can learn a lot on how to advertise your exchange as you can do it in different platforms.
If you like to advertise in the forum, you can do so, and that is through a signature campaign as people have suggested here.
Hiring a campaign manager is important but if you can manage on your own, you can do so, just like my current signature campaign.

I would say that an SEO expert would be better to handle this. There are traders and investors on twitter but these are mostly the low to mid-cap traders apart from retail investors. Bigger names in venture capitals do not waste their time investing on stuff promoted on twitter or so because they know that majority of them are worthless with time.What they do to raise capital is sent prospectus to the bigger capital funds and set up a meeting where they discuss a lot of under the table deals. That is how the "advisors" are taken in. They have a lock in period and they will sell their coins after that. It is bad for the market but good profit for the bigger funds.
Another point is that social media buzz is often manipulated and inorganic, so the real engagement ratios might always be fake. Proper growth of a project happens through development and proper marketing, not just ad placements.

I do not recommend creating a token when launching your exchange, there's been a lot of failed exchange backed by their token and so many of them are now scam running away with investors money, like Adab Ironx Bitmillex so many on the list already and don;t add yours, just don't create your own token just do normal marketing.

I know of a way to market services like yours, but it's not free. It's by purchasing ad slots in Mellowads. I haven't checked their rates but they should be affordable regardless of your budget, and your ads will be shown to any website that shows mellowads ad space.

I guessed we already got the point here since the OP got their exchange to have an Estonian License with it I doubt that they are looking for free ways of promoting their website because if they will just rely on their friends and family to post tweets and retweets I doubt that it would have the same affect as promotions actually coming from ad pages. This kind of advertisement will only make them "scammy" looking as what people generally see on crypto related advertisements coming from people they know. Like what I said on my first post in this thread if they want to have the right audience its best for them to pick crypto ad networks to promote their banners for their site.

Those exchange who rely on free advertisement cannot get any good result since if we talk about advertising they will only get limited traffics since they will not reach up for those real investors or traders itself. But if the site has prepared some good amount for proper advertising for sure they will get a good result especially if they offer also a good promotion,competition and hiring some good influencer to market the exchange.
