Its not an easy task to undertake, you need to have a vigorous practise and control over yourself before being a good onstage speaker
just a tip, don't stop moving when you're in the stage, always do something and say something so there wouldn't have an awkward pause
Do not speak on any topic you a novice , also before you contribute on any issue make sure you have your facts ready. Talk less and hear more.

Practice and experience make difference for sure, but to become really great speaker, it takes talent I suppose. Judging by my university professors, even 30 years of experience and deep knowledge in subject can't beat charisma and real vibes when speaker is flushed with his speech

Being a good speaker depends on your preperation. If you prepare your speech, reahersed everythibg should go well
It always comes down how you prepared your speaking session and how confident you are delivering how the way u speak.
