I am difficult to be afflicted. I live in a small town, where most of the faces are gloomy. I try every day with a smile, but only enough until dinner. And a bad evening

You can control yourself and empower yourself to can face everything possible that could have happened. think there's always a goodness behind the event, you can take a lesson from every thing that happens.

Am the kind of person who is very passionate. When am down , the more i try to console myself, the more i cry. In times of difficult situation, i had to lock my self in the room and cry as i can...Well sounds crazy to you? What kind of man would cry because of something bothering him?...Does how i was built up...Before am done crying , i just got solution for my problem...Crying relieve tension from me. When am done, i try to relax and find the solution to this. I motivate myself standing in the mirror and talking to myself. Hey , you can do it .

It is these all negative thoughts that drive persecution and give more preference to bright positive thoughts!

the first thing that we have to point it out is don't ever stop to be grateful to our life. when we feel grateful, we can appreciate all we have. the second thing is stay optimistic and don't ever give up. all problems have solution.

Everything comes from your inside , the way you look at things is more important that things, I think that is very difficult to be positive in some situations but it is not impossible , needs focus and hard efforts.

Know yourself. You can begin to change yourself by trying to accept the fact that you have negative thoughts and feelings. After that, acknowledge that you don't like the way you respond

Change the way you think. Every day, remember things that you admire and like about yourself. Throughout time, you will feel more positive about yourself because of these affirmations, positive statements that make you feel good. Positive affirmations can also make you more loving towards yourself and fight negative thoughts that may arise. then run a positive lifestyle. last is to realize the importance of self-confidence and gratitude. Think positively by building confidence and self-esteem.

I think the key is your close people and family which motivate you and give you the power to keep working and struggling even when it's a hard time. They always cheer you up and won't let you down.
