Being positive is simply looking to the positive aspects of life. Focus on the blessings you received rather than sufferings. Appreciate good little things. Do not expect big things.

 Get help from family members or closed friends if necessary. Share with them openly about the problem you're facing and ask for help. You will be amazed that people are generally willing to help, sometimes all you need to do is just ASK. Families and friends can help boost your self esteem and motivate you to face your problem.

The mind is the focal call of all mood, to be positive always you have to keep your mind focused on good things always...
Whenever negative thoughts come, just cast it out..

Your self esteem will be destroyed when no one appreciate your efforts and contributions. If you feel that the company you're working right now has such environment, look for a new job and get out from there as soon as you can.

Accept yourself with all the weaknesses and strengths, always being yourself, always thinking positive, gathering with positive people too. The important thing is to always be grateful for what we have and love whatever we are doing.

Avoid negative work environment. Stay away from a work environment that promotes unhealthy competition, a dog-eats-dog and back-stabbing work culture where everybody is fighting just to get ahead. This is where non-appreciative people usually thrive.

Surround yourself with positive people. It's important that what you are hearing are positive vibes and not negative ones. Also, take some time to breathe. Do what you love the most, and forget those that are stressing you out.

how to remain positive in times of difficult situations where there is very little hope for positivity???


I also come to that point wherein I always think negative about something. I always think I did not done my best for that. I realize that we are the only that can motivate ourselves despite this hard times. Now i'm praticing to think that this hard situation will come to an end and we can learn something that we can use to improve and mature. Always think that after the storm, there is always a rainbow. Think of the good side of that situation and use it a positive motivation.

 if you’re constantly telling your self “i will’t” you may convince your self that’s the fact. update these bad phrases with superb ones as an alternative. inform yourself you may do your first-rate or that you may try your hardest instead.

The way you speak or act, and your priorities reflect your belief system. Hence, by reprogramming your belief system in such a way that it will facilitate towards working on your goal will make you more effective and motivated.

If you are not yet convinced, perhaps you would like to give it a try! When some of these former negative feelings, ideas or thoughts creep back into your conscience mind, push them away and replace them with positive, uplifting and good thoughts, feelings and ideas. It will not be long before you experience results!

Keep your nerves in a good shape. Have healthy and balanced meals, do some physical exercises, yoga. Always be in good mood and then, when the times are bad, you will be charged with positive energy, which will help you to remain calm and embrace any situation.

i think,we do not have to be too dizzy and do not always think bad, we only think good things(i mean positive thinking), the more we believe and always think good and positive I am sure, good things will come, do not say Positive things are very thin, because we are just ordinary people ,, pray is a good way in the problem being experienced.

When you change your attitude people will notice and interact with you instead of shying away from the person you were before - a constant complainer who rarely had anything positive to say.
