Just think about happy thoughts and dont let peer pressure consume you. Pray and talk to your loved ones often and let them know how much you love them.

First of all is think positive always. What you think is what you are. But it is not that easy to think positive. But nothing is impossible. Try try try and try until it translates into reality.

I always try to be positive, trying to look for the good/positive things in every situation. also try to surround yourself with positive people

first to relieve stress and negative thoughts is to stop thinking for a moment, relax, empty your mind and begin to refill with a focus on finding the most sensible way out of the existing state.

Yes I agree start the day with stress free mode. Then focus on good things in life don't waste time in something or someone that can ruin your life and give you bad mood.

I pretty much wake up every day and think about what is going on in my life that I have to be happy about. My family, my kids, my friends, my investments, etc.

I then pick one of those topics and focus on it and think about all of the positives they bring me in my life.

For instance, my kids. They bring me joy when I come home from work, they carry on my family name, they are full of energy and its fun to watch them learn, etc.

Just a little mental game each morning to allow myself to be as positive as possible Smiley

Staying positive is all about mindset. You think it, then you do it.
You know those old sayings, "Turn lemons into lemonade" and "Turn that frown upside down"
Difficult times happen. Catastrophic things happen. Sometimes bad things happen to good people.
It's a choice to give up, but it's also a choice to keep trying and find the good thing hidden within the mess.

when we think of the world  positive most of us probably think happy . there are many ways to be positive . my suggestion to be positive

1. challenge negative thoughts
2. find time for activities that help cultivate positive feelings
3. do something nice for someone else
4. Associate yourself with positive people
5. eat well , exercise and take care of your body
6. talk
7. make your home happy place
8. be proactive and make positive changes
9. practice gratitude
10. positive posture

There's so many ways just to stay positive in life. First of all you have to conquer stress. This is the reason why we are eating by our emotions because of stress that may corrupt us. As I experience after losing many times, I always keeping in my mind that theres always a good effect on me because even losing I always learned many things in life and thats what keep me positive.

Do you have roof over your head?
Do you have family/ relatives?
Do you have friends?
Do you eat regularly?
Do you have access to fresh water?
Do you have time and money for entertainment?
Are you a free human being with rights to move wherever you want?
Then you have to have some light of positivity in your life Smiley

It's so easy to be a positive. But all ways remember that not all are positive.
