Think about the next day and all the 'new' developments that can happen to your current situation. It is very difficult to stay positive when you are at the end of the tunnel, so you just got to keep on going until you catch a glimpse of that light and then positive thoughts will flow in. Hang in there; things will not be bad forever.  Smiley

Positive thinking it’s a mental attitude. It doesn’t grow overnight, but with patience and exercise, you can manage to face your problems and difficult situations in an optimistic way.

I think if we often get together with people who have a positive mindset can also help you to always think positive. It's a great way to turn a negative mindset into a positive mindset.

To be positive, always look for the good in everything, the nature and even in every people. Once you develop that skill then you won't have to focus on thw negative but instead you will realize that everything has something good in them and you won't have to be stressed about things.

Try to put things in perspective. Chances are, as bad as things seem, someone else has it harder. The very fact that you have internet access and are literate means that you already have things that many others will never have.

Look for the good things that you can, no matter how small, and appreciate that you have them.

If that doesn't work, go for a jog round somewhere green and rural-looking.

To be positive you don't mind anything like your problems,you should be always thinking about your happiness to your life and making a thing's that your brain control.

and the key to peace of mind is to draw closer to God.

Having listed the positives you can think of, give thanks for the current situation as well as the things that you already have. For one, things could be a lot more worse. It won’t be easy to be thankful in the face of harsh challenges, but focusing on what you do have, instead of what you have lost, will put you in a better position to solve problems on hands than being in a self-pity and sorrowful state.

To do this yourself just accept that you are feeling this way. That does not have to mean you like it but accept it nonetheless, changing it if you want something else. you will be always positive and happy.

I think that to be positive in your work you should think about the benefits of getting and completing the job; I think that will be motivation
