every time negative ideas and feelings enters my mind i just think and keep in mind my goal in life and my inspiration i feel positive again

Visiting sort of therapist can help to prevent different issues in your life. I was a bit skeptical about this before but can see some fruits now.
Especially at a job when someone starts to irritate me I almost always can understand what is hidden behind the actions.
Just imitate the syco smile doesn't help you, sure you can look a bit friendly to other ppl, but what is a point for you to stay in the imitation and get all in all into the deep depression.

To always be positive then do not think negatively, remain optimistic because we do not know what will happen in the future, if we fail then it is a lesson for us, the most important we try to do our best.

Being positive doesn't mean you ignore the problems in your life. It is just that you take your problems in a positive way. Focus on affirmative. Do not fill your mind with negative thoughts. It is easier said and done. But if you get used to it, it will positively affect your mind and your body.

Everything has two sides, one positive another one is negative.I think if we focus on positive and ignore bad side then we can be think positive.

Release the situation that makes you angry. You can even cry a little, and then take a look at the world and the people that surround you. And you will understand that everything is not as bad as it seems and it is not worth spending time on anger, you need to rejoice and spend time on laughter and love. Cool

Sometimes we need to set our mind free to have a positive life. Hanging out with friends or relatives helps to refresh our body and mind. Going to church or attending mass can help us to have a peaceful and positive thinking in every day. Stop on thinking the past bad days and start a new happy day always put smile on your face to have a good day.

Just ignored negative things on your life be happy and contented on what you are now and don't envious on other achievements in their life, also don't criticize people around you this gives you negative perspectives.
Yes I agree with you, being positive is what makes the people around you to be positive as well, keep in mind that life is short so why choose negativity over positive?

Practice gratitude. By focusing on stuff you can be grateful about you refocus your attention to positive things.

mm it s a bit compl icated and hard because everyone has its own way to be positive according to me when you are having trouble or having your worst day of life need to talk with someone but not with anybody the one that make you feel comfortable with and  to watch inspiring movies.

U need to focous to good part of life, stop overthinking and enjoy.

Yes stop overthinking and always look at the bright side of life, put much effort in giving happiness to others, don't let yourself down, smile always, stop worrying.
