Any new project can be a scam, so doing this steps may help to determine if this project is scam or not, but even this steps, you cannot guarantee the project is not a scam.
1- Check the idea of the project, is it new or old, if something new it will be a better, also this idea should be realistic and achievable.
2-check the team behind the project, you should be sure this team is a real (focus on founder and co-founder).
You can do this by looking to their linkedin account, check their social media accounts, check there history of activity.
3-Each project has an advertising video explaining the idea of the project, check if the founder appear in this video, if not, be careful, this project may be a scam.
4-check the soft cap and hard cap, do not believe that the low amount is better than high amount, the amount the soft cap and hard cap should be suitable to the project, this mean if the project big and the amount is low be careful it may be a scam, and also if the project is very small and the required of soft cap and hard cap is high.

I think you have to be selective in choosing investment land. If you want to choose a good ICO project to invest in, you have to analyze the project first. This analysis you do to find out what the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and challenges will be faced by the project. If we know clearly then we will consider whether we will continue to follow the project or will stop following it. Analytical material can be found on websites, whitepapers, social media, and all official links to the ICO project. The most important thing is that you don't immediately trust ICO ratings because it can be very misleading.

Most of the ICOs are not guaranteed, it's better to invest in an IEO or prolly invest in existing projects. We can't really filter bad ICOs from good ones.. a lot of ICOs have gone bad. Learn the product, the team and the development. Most especially paternship.

I have no experience in investing in ICOs but if we're going to relate that to the current events and issues of ICOs these days. It's totally difficult because many of them have gone into a scam. Yes, ICOs are being made these days just to collect money and feed the developers. There's still some legit project but because of those scammers, investors are also in doubt of investing on it anymore.

The description of how to choose the right ICO is difficult to describe. This is not a recipe. Something is based on experience, and can be gained over time. In the other matter, I do not think that IEOs make a big difference. The money collected is not the power of IEO but the power of exchange.

First and foremost make sure the team is legit and verify all people behind the project. If you find anything suspicious about them or even a single faked picture forget about it.
Even if the project is promising it won't matter if the team consists of even a single scammer or liar. They will destroy it or their past will be used by competitors to discredit the project.

I am investigating a new promising project now. Also, new exchanges which are promising and has good opportunities. I found Prixbit exchange and Tokenroll IEO now.

Prixbit is a new exchange. They are trying to create something great. I'll make an investment (firstly small) and try the platform.
And Tokenroll is a new Dapps which works with Tron network. It is a gambling dapp. Their IEO has just begun.

Do you have any other good projects which we can invest in?

First of all why anyone want to invest in ICO?
All of us looking for profit, some of us looking to be a rich, but is that possible? my first time i deal with BTC when the price was at $250, at this time i thought this price is too high to invest, i sold all BTC around $300.
Nowadays a lot coins forked from BTC, a lot of token lurched every day, but we have a chance to get profit from a good project if we choose the project carefully.
off course it is very difficult but the chance still exist

Actually there were lots of topics saying how to choose good ICO or good bounty program to participate with, in reality we are only setting standards of ICO, imagine this, all of the projects has the potential to be successful we should only look for the true team behind it.

I voted option number two, I have been into a lot of bounty campaign and invested to some ICO but after all my experiences with these ICO I'm still having a hard time, figuring out if the project I'm in is a good project with good potential, sometimes I end up sorry for the time and money I've invested in these ICO's.

From my experience, I think investing in ICO with an already working product is quite safer than those who are yet to launch their product. MiracleTele has an already working product so investors are assured that the project will still launch even if softcap is not reached.

I also think that it isn't good to invest in an ICO projects right now because most of them are just scam .
But I haven't tried IEO yet but I think they are pretty much the same but it always comes down to DYOR.
Most of us already lose confidence in the ICO's because of the huge lost that we had back in 2018 .

I suggest choosing an ICO that has a project that is already running and has a clear owner and vision, and read the whitepaper
