There are lot of things to consider if your going to find a good project. Bounty isnt always incorporated in every good projects. Normally these great projects are just using an airdrop like asking for some task to make some promotions for them but that isnt important since they already set a marketing promotional like icodrops, or even cmc. That's more effective than using hunters for good and legit ones.

I myself is a hunter but most I consider is the legality than budget for the participants.

Unfortunately, even experienced bounty hunters often fall into scam companies, and we cant do nothing with it, so just do not pay attention to it and participate in a huge number of bounty companies and then at least some bounty companies will pay you tokens and you will simply turn a blind eye on the scam companies.

If you really want to venture into bounty hunting be warned that mostly they are time wasting, be ready for that part so that you won't feel wear off when most of these new projects don't pay bounty hunters

Good Day Everyone......

Upon reading on various topic these past few days and referring to my friends advise to choose the correct bounty, i'm a little bit confuse on how can we identify they correct bounty campaign to join with? Are there any series of steps to identify if the project is fake or not? Do we have a checklist on how we can confirm if the project is going to be a fraud?

As a newbie like us, what can you recommend for us to get rid of those project since a lot of project begins to collapse since BTC is souring high again?

All you thoughts will be beneficial to us.

Regards.

The scam section will offer various tools that you can use to do research if the project is a scam project or not, always on a look for a project if they have a complaint in the scam section check if the project's roadmap is attainable some of them are not realistic at all and these are just sweet words to entice investors.

The question that you asked is not easy. Previously, there were many companies on the market, among them there were both good and bad. Of course there were much more bad ones.
Now the market is in decline, which is why we can observe a huge number of bad companies in the market. In particular, fraudulent projects. No one will tell you a simple formula how to find a good real project.
Only your experience is able to help you with this.

It's becoming difficult to determine good and bad projects.
Not really good campaigns are always there and its just a matter of effort on how you are going to do research if they have a value later on. Bad projects can also easily spot if your familiar with some technical aspect such as smart contract, github code and some evidence that they are just luring some newbies on the hook.
Yes.

Some obvious factors can be your sign if they are a bad project. Lack of website, lack of information about the developers and the whitepaper is only copy pasted. With that said, you can already decide not join that kind of project.

But, some bounty hunters want to be spoon fed.

It is really hard to determine and avoid scam bounty projects.

Thorough investigation is required, in short, you have to look for all the important information including reviews(but don't always trust every reviews you see, not all of them are real) about the project and see if this is legit.

For now, since you are still a newbie, you should probably focus on learning and set aside your goal to earn for now.

Let real use case be your first aim in every new projects, most new projects of today likes repeating what we have already seen, mostly scam projects do this so be on the lookout, good projects always have something new and rare to over

Now I think you don’t even need to choose projects. there are so few of them now that only 1 out of 50 will be a normal project, but even it does not guarantee that you can earn some money. The easiest way is to participate only in those bounties whose coins are already being traded on exchanges.

That's not a bad idea, I also agree to take part in real campaigns like tokens already listed on the exchange. but the problem is that there are rarely such projects, sometimes on the contrary the project is successful, tokens have a high selling price, but their team does not pay participants. now it's quite difficult to find projects that really pay and produce reward hunters.

Well if there is nothing that will stop a team from scamming since they can act like they are totally legit with all their profiles, even have videos of them on youtube then its likely to just follow your intuition.

Looking however to the website, the project's concept, team profiles will give you the idea whether they can be a scam or not.

I might be biased as someone who has spent thousands of hours of time developing unique projects, but I think the uniqueness of a project showing how much time must have been involved to create it goes a long way to weeding out scams. A lot of scams start out as legit projects but then people involved become corrupt over time. A web of trust system with peer review is my outlook on a good way to resolve this. There are maybe five innovative cryptocurrencies out there for example. Of course this is only one factor of many factors to consider.

There is no way for you to avoid scam projects. It is now very difficult for us to know which projects are scam and which ones are legit. As long as you work hard, you will surely find the best campaigns in this market
It's because scam projects will convince you that they are trustworthy and if you don't have enough understanding that it was their approach to take advantage of you then you will surely fall for it. Finding the project that will help you earn profit takes some time and effort, doing your own research is always suggested because it will help you determine which project is worth it and profitable. It's definitely worth of time because you will get to see various of information about that specific project. It will guide you on making the right decision especially nowadays that scammers can easily find another way to deceive you when someone busted their system.

It has no guarantee for every bounty campaign in the forum "except those directly paid by any liquid cryptocurrency such as BTC, ETH. because we all know that every project was just relying on the outcome of its ICO, IEO, etc if those fundraising methods won't work I'm sure those bounty campaigns was also a failure, thats why promoting bounty campaigns is like a gamble for everybody and no one can say accurately in advance. But it's better to do some verification/research about the project that we want to promote, especially the composition of the team and its whitepaper.

I saw that your account was created just 1 day ago. I think you should focus on posting first and read some of the rules in this forum. For now it's very difficult to get a bounty that pays, but my suggestion to join all bounty campaigns doesn't hurt. maybe there will be some who pay.
But we couldn't really do it and besides that would be a lot of work and effort.
I think OP is trying to find a way to lessen our time and effort to find only the paying campaigns.
But I guess it is really hard to do right now.

If you’re looking for a bounty that will pay you well, then you should consider the ones with less participants, because the lesser the participants the more it’s going to pay. But before that, and as you have said, you need to find the right ICO that’s not being run by scammers. The first thing you will have to do is take time and read everything about the project, you don’t just join any project you see without taking to see whether it’s promising or not.

Another thing you should look at which is very important is the team and whether they can deliver what they have promised. Knowing the team is very important, because that’s how you can tell whether you should trust them or not. Then check their telegram group and white-listed investors, and the list goes on. After you have confirmed the quality of the bounty you can then go back to what I have said at first on how much it’s going to pay.

There is no 100% prediction in order to identify the right project as researching about the project will only give you a better chance in avoiding those shit project but will not fully guarantee you to avoid those scammers.

What we can give are the only basis. You can start by looking to their project whether it has a big chance to dominate the market then you can look for the team behind the project whether they are genuine and they can compete in marketing their project.

Aside from that, you can also check whether that project has a big capital or they have partnered with big companies out there.
