Good Day Everyone......

Upon reading on various topic these past few days and referring to my friends advise to choose the correct bounty, i'm a little bit confuse on how can we identify they correct bounty campaign to join with? Are there any series of steps to identify if the project is fake or not? Do we have a checklist on how we can confirm if the project is going to be a fraud?

As a newbie like us, what can you recommend for us to get rid of those project since a lot of project begins to collapse since BTC is souring high again?

All you thoughts will be beneficial to us.

Regards.

It has become hard to determine whether a project is a scam or legit now days. There is also another issue of investors not investing in a project.

I generally check whether the project is product ready and is the project creating product that is for the crypto markets, unfortunately there are very less projects related to the crypto market.

I only participate is signature bounty as all the rest pay very less.

Bounty market is very saturated now days, my recommendation to you is to first build merits and then apply for gambling signature bounty. Remember you have to be a Member first in order to apply.

There is no checking lists for identifying fake projects, the truth is knowing how to identify scam or fake project is. gradual  process, if you are a newbie to crypto space it can't be  avoided, find out about the team why going to their YouTube link, if they are real you will see them in video and do visit scam accusation thread too, sometimes its life saving

Its so annoying how a newly created account that ask directly some question regarding bounty. I think better yet focus first on how to mingle and join discussion here rather than asking this forever question regarding which campaign or advise on how to spot a good bounty.

It's becoming difficult to determine good and bad projects.
Not really good campaigns are always there and its just a matter of effort on how you are going to do research if they have a value later on. Bad projects can also easily spot if your familiar with some technical aspect such as smart contract, github code and some evidence that they are just luring some newbies on the hook.

What you need to do to put the fundamental of the coin itself at the top of everything before you wanna start to choose the right bounty. The fundamental of the coin should be whether it has already listed on the exchange site or not, the team who were running the project, how big supporters that already joined the project.
I wanna tell you some past bounties that already paid the hunters (ended last month)
1. tachyon
2. OGN

those two projects just an example about when you are doing a correct analysis of the fundamental of the project and you can get the right bounty. As some people said about that before and just DYOR.
You can also join in the bounty telegram group to learn more about that.

Review every project you want to participate if you want to join a good one.
Check the team and feedback of the project by investors.
Check the roadmap map of the project its better if they have already working product .
Review background every team members past experience and think if they are qualified to make what they are promising to do.
Community every good project has strong community if they dont have it,expect that the project will failed.

As a newbie like us, what can you recommend for us
Just do these, bro:
1. Focus to learn necessary things about crypto, blockchain, bitcoin, and forum.
2. Grow your bitcointalk account till Senior Member.
3. Forget to join bounties paid on altcoins via social media campaigns. (most of them don't worth anymore, just waste time)
4. Be active on your local board.
5. Learn how people can gain merits and be useful members.
6. Then, just try to join the campaigns paid in BTC or top altcoins.

I saw that your account was created just 1 day ago. I think you should focus on posting first and read some of the rules in this forum. For now it's very difficult to get a bounty that pays, but my suggestion to join all bounty campaigns doesn't hurt. maybe there will be some who pay.

It's becoming difficult to determine good and bad projects. A good start might be checking the people working for that project and if you are familiar with them having a good history for their background, decide to join.

But if the other way around, skip them. There's a factor that others are applying and that is looking into the bounty manager if he's trustworthy and does have a history of successful bounties.

One truth about crypto currency is that you cannot predict precisely when there will be ups and downs.

So when it comes to bounty hunting, theres one way to find out.

You have to dyor, get details about the token, find out if their product interests you and has the probability to create hype.
Check the bounty terms if it is favorable, if there will be a cap for participants,

Check the supply allocated to bounty, and then explore the bounty segments to earn more.

But remember, first and foremost is to DYOR.
