I think greedy come because of people each personality.
What i am trying to say is when you have a good personality to be disciplined you won't be greedy.
So my suggestion is to train yourself to get used to discipline to avoid greedy.

I guess being greed here is not of the money or loses that had happened to a person, but the attitude that he has matters most specially when there's a certaim situations that he won in a gambling game; it eventually come over. Although these people can control their emotions in a certain gambling reality, I can actually view it as a myth however for those I heared from the most trusted friend I had; he regret doing gambling because it will make you feel unsatisfied of what you gained; and you even wanted more due to greediness.

This friend of yours, did he lose out? Did he stick with it for a long time? From what you said I'm guessing no - probably he was just another gambling addict that lost out and got depressed. He probably made poor decisions and now he is looking for a scapegoat to blame it all on. Either way I believe that people that turned to gambling and lost everything would have taken another bad road if they didn't gamble. Alcohol/Drugs perhaps. Self-destruction is the real issue and not only the addiction.

But sometime, and usually most of the time, when a gambler said that he will be setting a goal or a money they will be getting, they will be more eager to get more. I think if you really want to control your greed, it is better if you keep yourself from gambling.

That could be a good help or the best help that may help you or use to control being greedy. Being greedy can affect our game play so put control limit and goals it may reduce the chance of being greedy and it can help us to earn more. Greediness is our biggest problem that we may encounter so prevent it as long as we can.

the more we win, the more we are greedy and want to win in every time we played so its a good advice to set some goals when we can win in the games and we should stop when we reach our goals like you said. if we can doing this for once then i am sure that every time we've played, we don't have to be greed and the most important is we can control ourself to not losing our mind because of we are winning the games.

That is the right thing to do if you have won good sum of money then better to stop and withdraw your profits as playing again and again will surely result in loosing everything at the end of the day so a person who has a control can really make good money in gambling.
