I think that's still TBD. I for one still expect to get my coins out. I won't be too upset if I don't, since I did some withdraws early and the remainder in there is just winnings.
My guess is that Casinobit had a ponzi-like error in his investment calculations and has since been skimming profits so as to get back to solvency. When he does, I think he'll be back and ready to pay out all investments. Sort of a Catch-22 though, because no one is going to deposit money in there for any purpose, including gambling, if they don't feel confident they can get it out.
