I think that's true, in addition Adsense recently banned a lot of faucet sites, and that's make earning from owning faucet really harder.

Not really. It is impossibly hard to get a full bitcoin from fauceteering (otherwise everyone would be doing it), and I'm not sure what your definition of "fun" is but mine definitely isn't clicking through advertisements, hitting a button, and getting a pitiful amount.

This is not the reason, if 1k satoshi is enough for them to live for a day, how did they afford to buy the computer that they are claiming satoshis on?

Faucets are a great way for users to earn their first bitcoin, it's easy and even kind of fun. Also, some people will amass enough satoshis to buy something here and there, it's kind of like extra pocket change. Some people also can gain faucet referrals and gain a nice amount from them.

Unless you can get a lot of referrals (hundreds or thousands) playing faucets bringing in small satoshis for you, faucet is not profitable for the users.

Earning from Faucet just waste your time.You can not earn decent amount of money like $1 per day.If you satisfied with that money then its okay.Also you have to think about your bills like electricity and internet.I think end of the month it will not worthy for you.Better check others services jobs and up your rank try to join signature campaign.thanks

Op isn't going to visit faucets maybe you are referring the usual way of faucet. Op is building up his own faucet site. And that's way better of getting good earning rather than the usual way of earning in faucet.

Don't use Adsense on faucet, faucets is against their rules, so, if you use Adsense on faucet, you can easily get banned. You can try bitcoin ad networks like Mellowads, A-Ads and others...

This is a great post, but I'm almost certain google adsense doesn't like faucets. They consider it spam and fake traffic. Though if you make a really good faucet with info on it and some links and a few pages then you might be able to, I have seen a few faucets that are not your average faucet and contains interesting info and articles. They used adsense for quite some time I was surprised. But losing an adsense accounts not nice you can never get it back or rejoin unless you use some clever method but they won't like that either.

I think clickbank is not recommended to ad or to give a space in your faucet..better to look for other google adsense i think bitcoin or faucet is against their rules.. try other adnetwork like revenuehits and propellerads..

I would suggest a-ads to add to your adspace and earn bitcoin depends how much you set the threash hold.. i dont recommend other advetiser for faucet some of them right now are scammed.. so look for many review. before to add it to your site.

Faucet earning is not even enough to keep faucet balance more than zero Grin

If you are not willing to keep paying your users with your own money for few months or even years till you start getting steady flow of traffic, I will suggest you not to start faucet and waste time and money on it. And also your faucet has to be different than normal faucet to make attractive.
