People earn money through finding a real job. If he has a stable source of income, then he can extend his source of income through taking an investment. It might be, but I think the market is already saturated as far as platform like Upwork and Fiverr, and it you are just starting today, for me it's not advisable as there are a lot of competitions already. But I think if you really wanted that area, video editing might be number skills for now as obviously we have social media like Tiktok who uses video as a marketing.

If I have time, I will learn this new skills and try to promote myself or even monetized it, posting short reels on Youtube or again Tiktok. And as what others says, 2024 is a universal year of money so everyone should really make more next year.

There are quite a lot of people out there who only rely on their reputation but are successful in earning a lot of money, they seem to find it easy to collect funds from other people and then open a business elsewhere. I once met someone who didn't own any land or property, but he was successful in owning several houses from scratch, all because of his good reputation.
