I think that trying to recover the lost invested money through the court is very difficult and in most cases useless.  The way out is to find another, more reliable, proven and promising project and invest there.

Unfortunately, you will not get any justice, this is an investment and usually in the technical documentation they write that all the responsibility lies with you and your choice is a balanced and deliberate decision, for the consequences of which they are not responsible. That's why the police won't help you. You knew what you were doing.

You should participate in such projects, in which the rules state that if the market collapses, your invested money will be worth the price you bought, there are a lot of such projects today.

It is like gambling without even playing any game. You just put your money in them. More like stocks.

If you are going to sue them then you might need a strong documentation of why, how and what reason are you targetting for them to pay back what you have loss.

Most of them just files bankruptcy and Voila there is no need to pay anyone. Better hurry before they find a better reason than what you will complain.

Everything you do in crypto is borne by yourself because crypto has a fluctuating price, so it's better to be an experience to be more careful investing, especially at the ICO. I've also been like you but I won't do it again
I agree with you, the risk will always be because it is cryptocurrency and few of the influential people who today are market investors will provide an opportunity for full control of cryptocurrency, as it is advantageous to have such a tool for getting quick money for influential people of this world.

Hello, as everyone can see, a lot of ICO's price dropped significantly and founders are not delivering anything, because they don't care. People lost their money and hope.

Is there a way to get investors money back by involving government and police?

What if collective group of investors opens a lawsuit similar like is happening now with Tezos?

Have you read the whitepaper of the project?
everyone, this is a good question to answer for the better of everyone.
For me getting back the investment you put on the project is not acceptable to get back.
Before you invest on any project you should study well the tem and its project.
This will be not a good thing for the team if they let investors take the money back.
Because of the market situation! just remember better be smart as always!

No, you can’t, if you don’t return the ICO already, all you can do is to hope that the tokens will be paid and the coins will not fall immediately after the listing!

Forget about your money and move on. There is nothing we can do to recover the loss of funds from most ICOs. Some projects use fake identities and it makes it harder for us to prosecute them even if we can.

Due to it's low market you have to keep patience then you can make double of your money but here now is required wait for making income in future and ICO is good if successful in future and now overall market is down so here the value of our money will more devalued in present.
But you can look at this problem as an opportunity. Because usually it is smart people who make it so that when the market falls, they have few reserves in USDT or other stable coins, and successfully invest in projects that have fallen in prices.

It is impossible to get your money back after investing into the ICO's, it is impossible to take legal action on the ICO because there is no specific regulation adopted to the ICO's. The only option you have is to wait as long as possible until the price of coin starts increasing in the market.

Now there is no regulation for ICO and any investment in cryptocurrency is accompanied by huge risks. You should be responsible for your money and understand what risks await you. But to file a class action in case of fraud to the police you should, if you hope to return the money.

Possibly, but chances are slimmed since we are on a decentralized space and if the ico you invested is not under sovereign authority there is no way to get it back.

The only person responsible for your investment is You. If you are not scammed just the project is not moving
as you were expected instead of complaining  just get out of it ( even with loss ) and do not let that it turn your
investment down. Find another, perspective one and have more luck with it. ( a good research can help and some luck )
exactly once. basically the project failed and successful it's already a public secret and certainly of that already should be careful in choosing projects. selective in the election will determine the outcome and when what is chosen is not appropriate then that could be responsible for is myself. There is not any legal entity that will handle it because crypto is still not legal in many countries.

Most likely you will hardly succeed in this way, although it seems that you can write a collective complaint somewhere, but the government and the police are unlikely to help!
In some places if the government care for the money of their citizens then they will take some action against those projects which have not fulfilled their promises and left their projects while the others which are going on their way and because of the market they are facing the problems the governments cannot take action. For that you have to wait for the good time to come in the crypto market.

You can get your money back only if the development team is decent people, and give money to their investors if this is a scam project, then, unfortunately, this is the end.
And it is these projects that, according to the results, donate a lot to investors lately, this is precisely the virus of the cryptocurrency world that we need to remove from our system today. There are many projects that promise to save us from this, but so far I do not see results.

I think you will not get your money back. The project team does not obligate you to invest in it, you do it at will. The fact that they are unable to begin working on the market, it's their problem and they don't answer directly to investors, unless prior agreements.

If I understand you well you are trying to take a legal action against the icos you have invested in. Well for me I dont think that  will be easy due to the following reason I will give use. Firstly many of this ICO have business that doesnt have a valid location and their business is not registered. Secondly if you check most ICO whitepaper very well, there are sections that is called 'term of use" or " legal informations" information provided on this section most time tells that they do not guaranty of investors profiting from the project. that is the information provide the risk involved. getting back your money is pratically unrealistic.
