If the project is officially registered in a particular country or for a specific natural-legal person, then you can try to bring to justice.
but in the overwhelming majority of countries there is no legislation for cryptocurrency required for such processes.

If there's no real basis and with this current situations around crypto industry not even the government can make anything, no one force you to invest and it is investors obligations to research deeper and study the potentials of any ico projects, as we knew that placing your money into this type of investment is really risky there's no assurance that the project will succeed, unlike last year where many projects really delivers and early birds earned a lot.

the way to return it is by reselling the tokens that you have on the available exchanger, but if the price falls from the price of your purchase then the only way is to wait for the price to improve and return your money.

Hello, as everyone can see, a lot of ICO's price dropped significantly and founders are not delivering anything, because they don't care. People lost their money and hope.

Is there a way to get investors money back by involving government and police?

What if collective group of investors opens a lawsuit similar like is happening now with Tezos?

When investing in a coin you have to think carefully about the risks you will encounter. When the prices of the coins you invest rise, do you praise or reward the founders? Meanwhile, when the coin starts to fall, you blame them for not paying attention. Its so unfair  Angry

When I make investments in any business, no one guarantees me the return of my funds, first I conduct an economic calculation, I look at the possibility of a refund, so why in the crypto currency someone should guarantee you something? Perhaps we should start thinking and assessing opportunities and risks ourselves.

Unfortunately, investments in ICO are very risky. Before you make an investment all necessarily read whitepaper. And in no one I have not met a text that would guarantee investors a return of funds due to the situation in the market.Refunds can only be made if the team does not collect soft cap.In other cases, alas, Your funds are lost. But don't despair maybe all will change for the better and purchased tokens will give X. It is quite likely.

You can get your money back only if the development team is decent people, and give money to their investors if this is a scam project, then, unfortunately, this is the end.

They will return your investment if they don't scam you because many project now are scam and they run off after receiving money and I don't hear any news that anyone charged of that crime.
This is the main reason why investors leave the market, precisely because there is nothing in state laws about this, but here we can also talk about fraud, but in order to understand who the developers are, we need services for publishing data about developers.

Sorry, ICO investment must wait until the project is successful before you can get your own money. ICO has lost its former glory, and the bear market investment ICO is very dangerous. You should learn the lesson.

Don't think that this is possible, especially now... sell your tokens when you get them or hold.

Did you know what is ICO and Investment? ICO a new method of funding for start-ups in which new digital tokens or coins are issued, investing in ICO requires very high risk appetite because of its high risk high reward characteristics, one can generate extreme returns in a matter of weeks but also lose their entire portfolio overnight, you can't blame anyone and remember don't risk money you can't afford to lose

I does not think even when a lawsuit is make government will do anything to help the investors to claming back their money as crypto is decentralize what happen inside crypto is out of what government can control and will control.

Unfortunately, most ICOs only have a return policy for investors if they do not reach the softcap. In addition to the terms and conditions they also mention this, and investors almost no rights.

Investments are sent in rare cases and this happens only in projects that probably really wanted to raise money to implement the idea and not just steal it as it happens today. Therefore, if the investment is returned, it is simply wonderful.

And what is possible? I thought it was impossible in principle. But the market has fallen. And some coins and tokens will still grow. How to punish scam?

If you want your money back then be patient and follow basic rule. First just hold whatever you have. Second if you have more money then invest in top 10 coin only. Third invest in high rates coin only

If you have invested in an ICO and have been scammed or have bought unvaluable coin, it's your own fault. No one is responsible for the risk you've made and no one can do anything for you.

Exactly. It was his mistakes. That's why before make any investment into ico, we should check all information about projects and after confirm that project is good then we can put our money.

Investing in any ICO is a risk. The reason for this is simple. There is no regulatory authority and the laws or government cannot help you out if you get in trouble. The only way you can stay safe is by being careful where you invest so you can be sure of your investments. Also remember not to lose faith if you’ve actually researched because the crypto market fluctuates.

Most likely you will hardly succeed in this way, although it seems that you can write a collective complaint somewhere, but the government and the police are unlikely to help!
