Not all girls are after your looks or your money. As a woman, I get offended when guys think that girls are only after the looks and/or the money. Just be true to yourself, give a woman the love that she deserves, be loyal, and eventually, you will get the right woman for you.

Be a genuinely nice, kind, sympathetic, helpful, considerate person. And listen when they speak.
Really you should read more books and be into different things. Go do a sport also, that is an extra points for everyone. And don't go nuts with all that "success" and "businessman" — the girls want fun and relax sometimes, not only the moneybag.
