Greed most atimes is what kills in trade. If you can successfully eliminate greed it will go a long way to help you out in trading
Don't expect too much from your expectations, in trading anything can happen, you will just get disappointed if your expectations didn't work as what you planned. Just be prepared always that anything will happened either good or bad.
It will always be there around you, but you must know how to deal with them.
lol. you cant get rid of your emotions because you are only a human , you are not a robot that does not have any emotions . being emotional is normal especially when you are doing risky activities such as trading , it is because you are scared or unsure about what will happen to your money/capital but if ever you loose then , forget about it .
dont regret too much because loosing is also normal and stressing your self too much wont help you to recover your looses . so i suggest , just be happy whatever you do . being positive can help you feel good inside and out , even though you loose or won .

to get rid of emotions when trading, we must first realize that emotions can make us forget positive things and can make us make bad decisions. if we are all aware of this, surely we will be able to manage the emotions we have, and the trade we do have a great opportunity for success.
First, you do not need to constantly monitor the growth/decline and watch the curve for hours. Distract from trading, live a bright life. Secondly, you just need to mentally prepare yourself for possible losses and not hope for some unreal success. Let go of expectations and go to the question without unnecessary emotions.
if you have ever benefited when trading I think you will be able to be patient to see the market situation, this is based on my own experience, don't see prices too often in the market if you can't control your emotions

Yes, it is difficult to control the emotion in both the conditions, where you are losing or winning. While losing you will be tempted to invest more with hope of recover loss and in case of gain, you will invest more to get more profit which is greediness.
Getting rid of emotions when trading is hard but you can slowly accept it by a matter of practice. Just always trade in small amount and constant trading makes you confident, after several months of doing these I think youll be an expereinced trader wherein you can calculate your risk Do not do or trade if you dont know what you are doing, careless decissions makes you regret later.
one way to get rid of emotions when trading so as not to make the wrong decision is that we must have a calm mind and not be greedy, because if we are greedy then we will not be able to think well and do things that are not well thought out because of uncontrolled emotions .

Emotional trading is not easy, and investors can not learn from anywhere else than in the real world. Uncertainty will make investors lose a lot of money when the market fluctuates. I think that anything can happen in this market so investors should have long-term plans for themselves. 
The best way which works for me personally is to consider those as just a game you should not think about those numbers on the screen as you're actually turned or lost money, only money which is earned is the vipers that you're holding in your hands.
In my own opinion, most of the people has the problem of trading based on their emotions and not through the market situation so they lose their investments every time the market price is dumping on the market by selling at the lowest price.

While you are saying that as a joke, since I am a holder I have noticed that for the for the first time I got some gray hairs on my head, there is no doubt in my mind that holding bitcoin is making me aging at a faster rate, but it is also making me earning money at a faster rate so it balances out at the end, I just hope that bitcoin reaches my target price soon so I can stop worrying. I believe that emotions sometimes do not play a very positive role in trading and they arise when a person does not set certain goals in figures in making a profit and wants more.
Not sometimes, but most of the time emotion can place our investment at risk, suffering with stress and fear to lose our money are really affecting our decisions, better to practice yourself and do a lots of research before dealing with trading business, emotionless trading style can make you work aroundwithout having any difficult thinking, you can wait and risk everything if you already knows how to control and you can surely survive in any downfall that showed up eventually inside the market.
I do agree with the points you are making, but still it is hard to deal with emotions when trading, honestly you have chill more, and not risk everything.
Consistently successful traders understand that emotions are a potential hurdle to overcome, rather than an insurmountable obstacle, They're aware of their emotions by continually asking themselves what is making them want to start or stop an action. If they can't reasonably justify their trading decisions, Then their emotions may be in charge, not in logic.
