In my way of thinking, ethereum and bitcoin should have the biggest stakes of a $8000. After of this two, I think the rest of this amount can be distributed to some trustable and promising altcoins, which are neo, iota, eos, and litecoin for me.

If I had $8000 now, I would buy ethereum and bitcoin with the $7000 of it. And with the rest, I would try my chance with some new tokens and altcoins.
